The murkrow sweep was insane!!!! You would think Tyranitaur would be a good pick fer a Johto only team, but I love how creative your strats are and the synergy between everyone!!
Thanks! I was baffled at how good foul play was into that matchup haha - I considered Tyranitar a lot, but in the end opted against. In all honesty though, it would have seriously elevated the team if I had swapped it for Sneasel
It’s finally here and now hopefully we get to see a good winsteak and there might be a peusdo legendary in these teams one day I would like to see goodra if possible to see some love for it and good content so far and keep up the work on this series 👍
Late to reply here, but it was shown holding a lansat berry, so it was likely supposed to fling that at Lugia for it to get the crit boost + weakness policy boost. Its base speed is higher than Lugia's to allow for this and Inner Focus lets it take a Fake Out without flinching. It could also have Fake Out itself for extra support.
I ❤ the Johto region too! As my first region, I consider Johto as my home region, and I would definitely just chill with my Mareep and Cyndaquil if they were real!

Well, Weavile is not from Johto, and Murkrow is a great Prankster Tailwind setter, so Murkrow’s a great utility Pokemon.

Any reason why you chose Sneasel over T-tar for dark coverage? Not including gen 2's best mon is bonkers, but hey you made it work!
