that is the first video I`ve seen from a US- American fire department respodning with very less siren ! that is cool ! only use when it is useful and not let the Q blaring all the time...... super save and cool driving, god bless these guys on every run!
Where I am from the sirens must be activated any time the lights are on and the apparatus is responding to a call. Depending on what the call is determines how much the Q screams. I try not to go overkill though.
The human eye has a better view than the camera angle. Glad you were able to realize that... Usually fire trucks don't stop while responding to an emergency when there are no cars in the way. If we were responding to your house, would you be worried about us stopping at every stop sign before getting there?
Bobcat1Deere2Cat3 Heads didn't even turn to look nor did the RPMs from the engine come down meaning you didn't even bother to slow down to take a chance to look for traffic. Camera angle has nothing to do with it. But please continue to justify you putting other people's lives at risk. And yes I would rather my house burn down then you kill people by blowing through stop signs and traffic lights at full speed. We at least slow down to look for traffic before entering an intersection
Speeds were no more than 30 Mph. I highly doubt you'd want your house to burn.. also you are correct, you never know when someone can be there ready to cross an intersection, but these are very small side roads that usually have no cars. Trust me, these guys know what they are doing.
