best pro tip... go to wildy slay cave for either black or green drags . best is prob to get a craft alt and have that blow glass / make recoils for big stacks. so then when u have hides farmed u can be first to blue d hide sets / black d sets , This will bring u like a ez 500m + first day swap to osrs.
1 hr prot and its like 1 / 1000 first hr . then go's down mostly to 1/300 around first breach . after this it will be steady at like 1/250 but after day 1 its tanking down to around 1/150-100 , After day 2 its around 1/75-50 and will prob go down to 1/25 for cash and 1/100 + for good items like claws/bows/ah pieces etc.
Rates change every season, so very hard to give a great answer. First few hours could most likely count on atleast 1-100 rates. You get 1 hour of immunity at the start and when you enter every new combat bracket world
