Very helpful. And the best line “I am a rambler.” 😅 Growing up, my family had a Dodge Rambler that had seen better days. I have fond memories driving down dirt roads and the dust rolling into the car as if it had no windows. 😂

The hardest thing for me to do is breathe. I have Long Covid, and was diagnosed 25 years ago with CFS and Fibro. At 15 months old, I took a header out of my crib and injured the growth area of all cervical vertebrae which then did not develop correctly. Oh, and I was born with Ectopic [Ectodermal] Dysplasia - I have no sweat glands. I am trying to retrain my brain, but it seems to always start with breathing. Hell, if I could breathe half my daily battles would already be won. I am sharing this with you so that maybe you could point out how those of us with trouble breathing should proceed. Because honestly, as soon as anyone says we are just going to take a deep breath. Well, no, we are not - they are going to take a deep breath. I am going to sit here and wonder how this is going to work for me if I can't even do the first thing.

After 43 years, it doesn’t feel temporary at all!

Re: desire, the person one is living with affects our limbic system. If there is no change evident after 30 years in the destructive behaviour of the other one cannot say, this is Temporary. There are situations whereby one cannot leave the person who is destroying self and his/her partner.

Change your diet, there's no way around it. Some foods for different people cause inflammation and the same foods for others don't.

You break a lifetime of subconscious upper limit limitation beliefs by just breathing? 🤔 I feel like this needs elaboration and it’s own video.

This happened to me when I lived in Houston until I discovered Associations. Become a member of an Association of any interest you have or even a Church and you will have plenty of friends in no time!
