I actually prefer these tournament vlogs especially when it shows the realistic side of poker. It helps to soothe my own tournament pain by knowing I'm not alone. :)
Fr I felt like a dumbass showing up to my first tournament and losing on the second hand but after watching a professional do it makes me feel like that’s just how it goes sometimes
10k buy in or $500 buy in... it's tough losing flip after flip when you're making the right GTO plays. I got 1010 all in pre vs AK for 2 bullets in $400 bounty tourney this weekend. Lost two flips. Way she goes sometimes. Sick game 😅
Pls play cash. Post flop play is much more interesting than seeing flips. Sure trophies are nice, but thought process and maneuvering with analysis is much more interesting. Thanks! Great stuff. Keep up the sun run!
Rarely leave any comments but a huge fan! You’re such a down to earth person. You’re true to yourself and others which is why everyone loves you! I’ve been following poker vloggers since Neeme so I go way back. You are by far my favorite. Hope you snap off a huge tourney in the near future! GL! Keep the content coming! Thank you!
13:48 really enjoy these dude! as a cash game player wanting to get into tournaments it gives me perspective on the tournament playstyle/mentality, much appreciated
Ethan, your go for broke tourney style is great when you are sun running. However, no one runs hot the majority of the time. You need to find a balance and learn how to fold those mid level hands, especially on the river. That all in shove on a stone cold bluff full house board made no sense at all as it was an easy sniff out for the guy with middle pair 7’s. Bet 1/2 your stack and maybe he see’s it as a value bet vs. a stone cold bluff. If he calls at least you still have some chips. Tournaments are a marathon not a sprint.
Holy fuck was that a roller coaster of a video, tournament poker seems so brutal at times Like being a winning player is about long term optimal play and profitability but in a tourni, just playing well isn’t enough and you really gotta get lucky and run good Also I’m so psyched for the million dollar cash game you’re playing later this month, sending you my prayers bc holy fuck I’d be shitting myself with that much money on the table
Love your tournament videos. I loojed for you when I had tome at the WSOP in Cherokee North Carolina, but didnt see you. Hopefully, if you played there earlier this month, there will be some videos coming. Camt wait to see the rest of thos one and see how you did at the Hard Rock!
I appreciate the way you play tournys. If you ever read "the biggest bluff" she has a part where she says she was playing tournys, cashing well, but her coach, the legend Eric Seidel told her she was cashing too often meaning she wasn't taking risks and min cashing too much vs trying to get a big stack aka ginger variance poker early in tournys. Who does that sound like? You Rampage! I think your style is well suited for tournys as you embody that philosophy and once deep in a tournys you sometimes stay too aggressive/high variance for my liking, but no doubt it is the right strategy for early to post-bubble play. Can't wait to see day 2! Good luck
Love the video! We’re here to watch you battle! You can’t always win. Losing is not boring. It’s a very large part of tournament poker. And we learn from you sharing the thoughts behind your decisions.
So glad you pick up. You did everything right but that’s just how it is sometimes, it just doesn’t work but you just have to do how it should be done! Hope you will come out winning! Will be waiting for the next update! G’luck
Damn what a turn around of momentum after loosing in those other lesser ones. But hey it is the big tournament that counts. Keep up the great coverage, and thanks for educating us all on the tactics and thinking that goes into it
Hi Ethan, I’ve just watched a vlog of yours from only 7 months ago where you had your biggest ever cash game win at the time of: £27,500 !! Yep now you’re playing $100,000+ pots regularly. Keep up the good work. All the best. Jamie 👍🏻😀💪🏻
After watching dozens and dozens of videos of "poker pros" I have come to the conclusion that the difference between pros and rec players is the amount and frequency they are willing to gamble, even in situations where they know there is a good chance they are behind. It is all a numbers game.
It's good to see someone else running bad. Guess I'm not the only one. Took 2nd in a deepstack a week ago for a $1000 profit. Then lost it all playing NLH before my next tourney started. The poker gods giveth and the poker gods taketh away.
Wow is that really the reason why he is allowed to play? I was curious about this also! So sponsored players are allowed to play. Regular players are not? Lol crazy!
yooo love it bro love watching you and anxious to get into poker myself!! not that many great casinos around me in Oklahoma but I can drive a couple hours to the city for a decent one! lets goooo
Hi long time viewer. I think you should register ON TIME! With ur style of play, you could pick up lots of chips early without risking ur whole stack. Just my opinion lol
Always love your videos Ethan! Running deep in the one that really matters! But is it really worth wasting 2.2k multiple times on Late Reg rebuys when you only have enough chips for a 15-20bb shove?
I actually prefer these tournament vlogs especially when it shows the realistic side of poker. It helps to soothe my own tournament pain by knowing I'm not alone. :)
Yeah except these are 10k buy in tournaments and the fields are vastly better then what the average player will face
Fr I felt like a dumbass showing up to my first tournament and losing on the second hand but after watching a professional do it makes me feel like that’s just how it goes sometimes

Not necessarily the realistic side. More like where all the nits play. Pure raw poker is in the cash games
Pls play cash. Post flop play is much more interesting than seeing flips. Sure trophies are nice, but thought process and maneuvering with analysis is much more interesting. Thanks! Great stuff. Keep up the sun run!
Absolutely love your tournament videos. It’s really cool to see the transparency of tournament poker

Bro shut up like sorry I’m drunk
Thanks for the realistic blogs...not showing only the ones you win.
I certainly go through my fair share of losing
A,5 of clubs…. What the hell was she doing?! What an amazing end of day gift!! Let’s goooo Rampage! Can’t wait to see day two!!

This is fantastic, really does make me feel a lot better about my recent tournament downswing! Actually quite entertaining, and reassuring as well!
Always appreciate the HONEST side of being a Poker Pro... Keep It Real...and Best of Luck My Friend
Love your transparency bro. It helps me as well to see the ups and the downs. It can be tilting to run bad and just watch winning videos 😅❤
Can’t escape the downs in tourney poker
I actually much prefer these to cash games - so much more variety!!

LMFAO!! Title bagging the CHIP LEAD, at the end bagging second in chips!! lol... still great playing!!
The nuts in baccarat is the nuts in poker 😂
I love your tourney videos. Its nice to see you lose sometimes. Your honesty is refreshing
Allin on the river with A5 of clubs ? What a punt 🤦♂️😂
I was thinking the same…she torched that hand..3b! The flop too? 😂😂

That guy who folding queens against your queens blew my mind 😂
Ethan can you please post the part 2. Just a request don't keep too much gap between the videos. It spoil the excitement. Cheers
I think he uploads it weekly. Makes sense, very disciplined of him to do so
Yes I have been waiting in anticipation for how you run.

3:30 can’t imagine how you are not broke. would be wonderful if you would make a video-explaining (about poker tournaments and your experience)
I like seeing the real life grind too
The hand on 8:30 wow.. thought this shit only happens on clubgg lmao
The reality of tournament poker is that you rarely cash no matter who you are. Keep the videos coming Ethan!

Loved looking at the guy at the other tables buttcrack during the kings hand, great stuff Ethan!
This video was awesome brother!
Algorithm sent me your way couple days ago! Really nice vlog format, like all your videos. Best wishes going forward
It's a good day when rampage drops a vlog, might come by the hard rock in around an hour away

Show all gamble. And yes, the main thing is to have fun and be happy.
When Bally's in AC still had a poker room I remember 6-9 getting called Big Lick. Always stuck with me.
Hehe....nice.
I like the tournament vlogs the best
Thanks for posting Ramp I’d really enjoyed it! ☘️
i wish you had come to coconut creek, I was there just over the weekend and wish i could have met you!
Just in time during this beautiful Sunday Grind! GL every1 during your tournaments today : )
Love this, thanks for being real and not just showing wins. You can't win them all.
6-9 needs no jokes. It owns itself. Best of luck in day 2
happy Sunday morning Ethan! the day has just got better! another banger!
Love the way you play, Ya Gotta have Heart. LOL
Come to Florida and vlog the cash game nosebleeds 🎉
I love the Tournament style. I play a lot of cash but am moving to tournament play. Bring it!!! Can’t wait for the next video…
here i am having a hard time buying in a second bullet for $300 at my local cardroom tournament and rampage buying $10k second bullet. 🤣
Take into consideration that most of these buyins are not his money… but rather staked money…
Ethan, how do you play on WPT Global from the us? Do you use a particular vpn? If anyone else knows the answer to this please share
Was gonna ask the same question. Maybe he can do it because he's some sort of ambassador or something?
Videos are great, keep em comin'
Been thinking about playing my first tournament, you coming to Tampa?
69 shall be known as 96 now due to the higher cost of eating out. 😂
"3 point a lot million" 😄

Haha top tip, keep a spare clean T-shirt in your backpack at all times :)
Ramps! You lucky duck
Damn... you be shooting bullets like you're on a "all inclusive" gun range! 😁
*can't wait for the conclusion 🤗
Bro.. why you calling these all ins with AJ and AQ off? It's crazy

"Just a normal 3 bet"
Good luck tomorrow fingers crossed for a sun run
So sorry to hear you were knocked out in 64/5th place
Dinner for 2😂😂😂
I like the tournament videos alot
Looks almost like the view Not Just Bikes showed us and called "horrible" ;) I see a parking lot and a stroad. United Parking Lots Of America!
Bro i love your video soo bad. Keep the good work
Watching you play makes me realize its impossible for me to make a career out of this 😅
Great video man! Great to see your progress. Keep at it
PS: WAWA IS GOATEDDDD
Wow. Crazy how poor things began but amazing how it ended. Good luck for the next day!
Welcome to tournament poker
It's good to see someone else running bad. Guess I'm not the only one.

Running bad will always be relatable
I wonder if it would be a long-term +EV play to call every time Rampae goes all-in?
How are you legally allowed to play wpt global in Florida
I am having a great day. Hope you're having a good one too, Rampage.
Love to hear it, wishing you the best Tim!
how is he playing on wpt global while in florida?
Because he’s sponsored by WPT. They allow him to play in the US, but he has to cash out when he’s overseas.
Wow is that really the reason why he is allowed to play? I was curious about this also! So sponsored players are allowed to play. Regular players are not? Lol crazy!
yooo love it bro love watching you and anxious to get into poker myself!! not that many great casinos around me in Oklahoma but I can drive a couple hours to the city for a decent one! lets goooo
Where the hell is part 2
How much buy-ins between the two days, what place you have to get to break even.
ufff... rough start! Staying at the Hardrock would soften the blow.
Hi long time viewer. I think you should register ON TIME! With ur style of play, you could pick up lots of chips early without risking ur whole stack. Just my opinion lol
STAOP the all ins lol
It only sucks when you lose but when you win it's so good
True true
Always love your videos Ethan! Running deep in the one that really matters! But is it really worth wasting 2.2k multiple times on Late Reg rebuys when you only have enough chips for a 15-20bb shove?
As a cash player who caught the tourney bug after a couple binks i enjoy these more than the cash now 🤷🏻♂️
love this guy
Bink on em rampunts!!!
6-9 is something that rampage is very foreign to. One day sport, one day. 😂
It's so funny to hear the reasoning for making certain calls, raises, etc...after they have happened. Would be better if it was done live.
I play tournaments exclusively, and I'm just wondering this: why do you late reg so often and, consequently, only play with 20 - 45 BB?
We crossed paths the other night at Encore outside the elevator. Caught you after a few drinks not sure if you remember 😂
Nice meeting you man! I was pretty high lol
@@RampagePoker haha no worries man, I was as well. Nice to meet you too!
What was that lady doing in the final hand!?😂
Bro when are you gonna play in the 1 million buy in game?
betting the 8 makes it look like you dont have the 8 and your straight bluffing to steal, good call by your friend Anthony
Nothing better than winning big with 69! Well played
6-9! Dinner for two baby
I grew up in NJ where Wawa's originated. Hopefully you got a hoagie!
I literally just lost AA Vs A5 all in pre while watching this vid, the KK hand gave me ptsd instantly 😭
I actually prefer a little 66 myself…that’s when she faces the wall and I just work ✊🏽 on myself
I hope you win it all!!
I am deeply upset at the lack of 69 jokes in the comments when Rampage SPECIFICALLY asked for them.
It definitely sucks to lose brother, but I think maybe Florida is your kryptonite
6-9 dinner for two!
It's always the rebuy
