At the request of our viewers, we have created a full length video of our use of an oil less turkey fryer.
So we broke out the Char Broil Big Easy once again to show you how we do it.
Once again we had a great result without the expense of oil a traditional fryer would have, but we did have a couple hurdles to get over.
The weather was definitely a factor in this as we were in the low 30's this time around.
Any of you guys who own one please share your tips and tricks for cooking in the cold with one of these as we are still trying to perfect our methods.

I always wondered. Want to make a cajun brine. Was thinking. Spicy v8 juice, chicken broth ,crab boil and lemon juice ....sounds weird. Lol. Never know till you try. Thinking the tomatoe may mess it up. But. Lol. Turkeys are cheap now so im gonna go for it lol.....def should be a spicy turkey. Heck. May even have a deep red tone. Lol. Gonna use the big easy

Great tutorial on frying a Turkey on the Big Easy Ken . The Big Easy seems like a big air fryer but I’m surprised it took so long to Brown up the skin. The internal temp is right and that’s what really matters but I must admit I do like the crispy skin. Thanks for the video. Take care my friend and God bless.
@bucktailsoutdoors7566, I agree, the crispy skin is a part is a big deal. Been looking into it more and foil may have helped along with spraying it with an oil part of the way through the cook. That temp really hurt the skin. So I am going to add what I find to the follow up one I do later along with other info I have found on the big easy. Thanks for watching Don!

I've got 4 Big Easys and I find if it's cooler out I cook in my unheated garage rather than outside. Seems to work for me.
