Judge, the pick we did for the Starlight Distiller’s Club was a double oak with Limousin oak. It was a good pick. Yours sounds amazing!

Starlight is such a cool play and they have something to fit anyones profile there! Last time i was there i picked up just a regular single barrel bourbon! I know of all the unique stuff i went with regular old bourbon hahaha but it was really freaking good! I am not a fan of double oaked products. I get a crappy old poosicle stick note on all of them. Starlights is much more subtitle but still not my jam! Keep up the great work judge! Cheers 🍻

This Starlight pick is easily one of my favorite whiskey experiences I have ever had. Thank you Marcus for letting me be a part of this. We got to sample many barrels that day and this far and above was the best.

Have yet to do a Starlight. I’m going to River Roots Thursday to do a tasting. If you have not heard of them check them out. Bourbon Junkies and Drums and Drams did a pick from them. The Chef Michael Symon is affiliated with them and his picks have been very popular on Seelbach. They just sold out of a single malt that was 157.6 proof. I believe it was a 11 year. I have Starlight around my area just not sure which ones that are available. Great review judge. Enjoy!!
