Nice video! I had a sample of the Murray Hill SR and loved it. I have a few Meleck samples. I like Glenn's Creek products. Again, I've had samples and can't get that one. I have the Hell Diver but haven't cracked it yet!! Amontillado is an interesting finish. We tried a Savage & Cooke bourbon finished in it. I like Russell's 15 but like the Rickhouse better. I need to blind them. Cheers!

Absolutely Murray Hill Club is the best this year period! Just ordered my 2nd bottle today. It is actually better than Russell’s 15 which was my first pick until this one. Only reason I purchased it was because of Marcus review on this couple weeks ago. I need to send him a referral fee!! Thanks Marcus!! Russell’s 15 is my absolute 2nd for this year and just backed that up to!!
Great list. I was at Glenn's Creek just a few days after you. Liked the OCD but left with a bottle of the Swheat. Also tried Russell's 15 at WT. It was $45 but you keep the glass so I told my wife I bought a $40 glass and the whiskey was only $5! Cheers!
Great list judge. We were at Sagamore Wednesday and picked up the Amontillado and it's fantastic. While we were there the 9 year was being bottled and should be available very soon. They also have 10 year distillate they are doing a tasting of soon as a vertical with the 8 and 9 year. Also a sauternes finish coming and a MD only release similar to cherry pancakes from last year.

Living jn michigan, the Murray Hill/Joseph Magnus bottles are actually findable. They also make a brand called Fox & Oden that has a killer double Oak. Little bit pricey @ $99, but one of the best double oak selections ive had.
After seeing, and ignoring, the regular Joseph Magnus triple cask finished bourbon for 4 years now, I finally bought a bottle today, and was very pleasantly surprised. For $90 here in Maine, I’ll buy it again, but now I’ll keep an eye out for the Murray Hill too. I’d absolutely buy that at MSRP to try it. No luck finding the Meleck rice bourbon here or on my go-to online retailer. Very curious to try it though. I have a business trip tonDenver coming up, so I’m saving space in my suitcase, hoping Incan find a bottle there.
My 2024 bottles would be Holladay SRW SiB, OCD#5, JT Meleck SiB, Stagg 23A and RR13... I'm an admitted Stagg junky but that RR13 may be my top bottle that I own right now. And my RR15 is on the way

Hmmm. Best I have tried in 2024? There was a store pick Knob Creek Single Barrel that was amazing and it was under $40. Unbelievable. Both the Jack Daniels Barrel Proof Rye and Tennessee whiskey were eye openers for me. Del Bac Normandie was amazing. And Ardbeg 19, now my new Apex whiskey.
