I have the 1st JD Coy Hill and it's fantastic. I've only had it a few times, as I will never be able to get another bottle for $70. I will make it last 5-7 years.
Your neighbors are the luckiest people on earth with all of the amazing bottles you have. I did not see your ruling coming for the 2024 release. Hope to get one of these releases at some point.

I also took your advice and passed on a bottle of mid winter’s night dram at $185. Had some at their distillery the other day. It’s great, but not at nearly $200. For me it was a pass…

I think people will put in their head that 140+ is what coy hill is about and forget the flavor and quality. Its insane how much more people want for 140 proof vs 139 proof even. Cheers

I am curious. What did they do with these sweet barrels 15 years ago? Did they just include them in Jack Daniels number seven or something?
Yeah. And in the standard single barrel options and then their occasional annual / special releases like the Holiday Selects, Distiller Series, Replica series, Gold Medal series, Mr. Jack's birthday bottles, the prohibition repeal anniversary editions, etc.
