My friends that have had sleeve surgery swear by liquid or gummy vitamins every day to keep your body in balance after surgery. The pill vitamins pass thru too fast to be absorbed.
Liquid or dissolvable or chewable for sure… gummy are a no-no due to sugar content/ sugar free are bad due the chemicals used to make them sugar free 🤪 I’m all prepared to the nines 🥰 Maybe over prepared 😂😂
