- The first route we did in Yosemite! A fun fingers to wide hands crack/giant flake. It took me a little while to get used to the Yosemite granite/slippery style, but I have to say that it is certainly one of my favorite spots to climb in the world. Really psyched to come back here when I am stronger and do the Rostrum, Astroman, Freerider, Regular Northwest Face, ETC.

Next time, same area but down by river, try Generator Crack. 5.10c, about same difficulty and length. bring some nuts and TCUs to sew it up.

@@bradfordLburns sorry I should have put tags on. it's a crazy offwidth. I've seen 5.13 climbers cry. but a good counterpoint to show incredible difference in 5.10c
