I noticed with my legato you need to flush the portafilter with several runs of hot water first and with the conical burrs you need to grind a little course because it goes slower the your Bianca. But I love it it gives amazing shots I love the legato
My first choice because of affordability level and reasonable quality wouldn't be any of the discussed but a DF54. I've got one and simply love it to bits. To me, it ticks 9 out of 10 boxes. And by the way would never use any conical ones, flat burs only! since I only ever drink expresso.
Based on what the experts are saying, most people would think quite the opposite: always use flat burrs for expresso-style coffee and conical for the rest.
Look at the newest P64 user guide. They don’t even recommend the MP for espresso anymore since most shots would taste like battery acid, but for pour over, I really like it there where it lingers on my mouth and get insane flavor separation and clarity
