People from the 19th century are not qualified to pass judgement on people from the 21st century and vice versa. There are many things about them that l find appalling.
@vernonwillis9975 I live in the 21st century. And I think I'm qualified to say that people today, in general, are weak willed, whiny, soft pansies who have no idea how to deal with adversity by themselves. They always yell for help. In the 19th century, a lawman, when faced with adversity, cowboyed up and got it done. Like the marshals who rode for Judge Parker's court, who usually worked alone in the Indian Territory chasing some real bad men.. Now it takes at least 15 officers plus SWAT to deal with one old lady suspected if a traffic violation.
@@Snuffy03I agree with you but I think all those cops that show up for a little old lady are justifying there employment you know as well as I know you don’t need all those cops
@Sammo421 True. In the small town I grew up in. There were 5 officers. The Chief and 4 guys who rotated the duty. I never saw more than one on duty at any given time. I left that town in 1971 to enlist in the Marine Corps. Over the years I have been back and forth to visit. Now they have a dozen officers with all the bells and whistles that federal grant money gives them. Thing is, the population of that town is now way LESS than it was back then.
We need more
Cowboy quotes
Tilghman didn't "pass away". He was killed in the line of duty.
These REAL LAWMEN would be appalled at what law enforcement has become in today's world. It would embarrass them.
