I think that the part where it shows how the father says he is old and thus it should be focussed on him is something I'd see more typically in high and especially Te dom types. Te can easily classify people in such a manner based on distinctions/hiarchy. I find they tend to find it much more important that respect is given to specific groups like older people, experienced people, more skilled people etc. Also, it's not that they only just want to receive the respect, but they also can give that resepect quite easily, at least unless they challenge it if they for example believe in a different 'model' of ordering people. (However, usually their model is pretty predictable)
I think socially it's the opposite of Fe, which seems more focussed on _seeking and focussing on similarities_ between people rather than _seeking differences_ like Te.
I'm not sure to which degree this is just the Te or also the Fi as functions always come as a pair in real people, which makes it more speculation if behaviour comes from one pair of the axis or the other. However, having said that, I find Fi is also more so focusses on social differences and Fe about social similarties. It seems Fi can be or feel more individualistic by being different from others. So in a sense I find they are not always "just doing their own thing in their own corner while having no focus on what others are doing", but sometimes seem to look look at what the crowd is doing and then almost in a proud way try to do the opposite thing compared to the tribe, as to emphasize distinctions in order to express individualism, as for example by dressing is really uncommon ways to express invidualism visually. Howwever, I must inform anyone reading this that I am not an Fi/Te type myself, so my observations are just coming from external observation. The difficulty though I find with Fi is that Fi is not so connected wit hthe rational mind, meaning that when I ask them why they do things, it does not always line up with what I'm observing. So to a degree it seems they also can be outsiders of understanding themsevles logically too when it comes to really rationally stripping down their motivations, because it's more feeling based. Anyway, my Ne is drifting off and it seems I'm writing another book...
Have a good day everyone ;)

From Te: We do not care about respect or specific type of hierarchy. That is what Ti/Fe cares about. Te cares about efficiency. Let's get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we can leave and do something else. We prefer whichever hierarchal order is efficient. If young woman giving orders to older, senior man is more efficient, then the rule is "She is senior in this department, so we do what she says".
Te just grabs whatever hierarchal model fits the most efficient situation. For the sake of Ti. Te does not care. Te will be OK with following less efficient Ti model, as long as they pay for it more. Which is, in the end, more efficient for Te individual.

Just to clarify, we're only saying that these are likely ESTP and ESTJ, not that they are typical examples of either type. We just used them because their conflict seems like such a clear example of Te-Si vs Se-Ti.
(And maybe we should have warned people about the shouting and swearing- sorry about 😅)

Whereas theme father does come across as an extreme (meaning somewhat extreme ) ESTJ, and I do think the son might be an ESTP, I'd also give hte son a chance of being ISTP. He does not have the typical extraverted energy about him. He seems not to be have the more "Se restless energy" than the "calm Ti energy". Even based on his face, i'd guess him as being an introvert.
The father also seems to have that typical Te dom outward confident demeaner, whereas the more you see of him, the more you see his internals are actually quite unstable and uncertain. I think this is a difference also between Ti and Te display. The Te display is the display that at first glance seems super confident, but the more you usually interact with them , the more you see that this confidence is mainly in their outer layer. Deeper down they are really not confident and actually really quite sensitive and emotional (the Fi side). The son has much more of the calm, yet collected energy. The son seems to have more of that confidence in his core, like a deeper yet more hidden confidence, whereas outwardly he has less of that sort of bossy/dominant Te display like the dad.

This is our first experiment with reaction typing videos. We're going to try and do more. If you've got any ideas or suggestions for the future, leave them in the comments and we might get to them!

I enjoy such analysis type of videos and on this channel it's not really done before, so it creates refreshing content on the channel as it's something not done before on the channel. You can also let multiple people of a type analyse something, to see if they observe things in a similar manner or come to the same conclusions.

Reaction typing is a very helpful teaching/learning tool. I like when the typers stop the videos constantly to point out all the vectors and what/why someone is demonstrating xyz function, interaction style, temperament, etc. there seems to be various systems that are used to type, and I’m looking for patterns and themes. 👍
