Its not a spoiler more an information on the second one and why it took so long. Basically James Cameron created a knew technology on how to make CGI even more realistic, especially with water. It actually was filmed in 2016/17 but it took so long to animate, etc. He did the same for the first one, using these methods for the first time, also I can assure you that the second one is also very good. Yes the first one will always be my favourite but the CGI on the second one is just mind blowing. (Sry for my English btw) Also love your reactions and cannot wait for more! 🥰
I thought the second one was very dissapointing. It really was not engaging at all, with lots of cringe "bro" dialogue, and a very weak\stupid plot. It really forgot what made the first one special. I believe the director, James Cameron, has lost his spark with age (past his prime). I would rate Avatar 1 a 8-9/10 and Avatar 2 a 3-4/10 (the entire positive rating being for visuals)
