I can’t make any donations to this woman for all her family has been through because I’m on disability and I don’t make enough for myself really. So I am binge watching her entire video lineup and liking all of them so that she can reep the blessings of that at least. I am also keeping her in those two little children in my heart thoughts every day all day long praying for her. Please join me even if you are able to make donations this is another way to bring them the right energy and the right momentum to get well after this tragedy.

I hope this gives you a laugh as you are recovering. I watched this video probably end of November and I finally got to go to Sam's club around that time. I bought a 10 pound bag of onions to so I could can this but when I was ready to can them I couldn't find the bag. My husband looked, my daughter looked. I looked. We all looked for two months to find the big bag of onions. Today I am bing watching your videos and cleaning out boxes, guess what I just found???! Lol, that bag of onions and it is sprouting! Haha!

I realize that I cannot can french onion soup because I DO NOT have a pressure canner, so here's what I did: I made your beautiful broth and let it cool and then I put it in ice cube trays and froze it and then I put it in freezer bags and sealed them with my food saver and put them in the freezer! I can use as much or as little of this wonderful broth as I like! Thank you for the wonderful recipe! God bless!

About 40 years ago at a restaurant I used to work at we served French onion soup and the customers went crazy for it. Until 2 yrs ago, I never had home made beef vegetable soup. A new friend said it was his favorite... so I scoured the Internet in search of a recipe. I found one that is the bomb! It calls for Better Than Bouillion, which I never used before, either. Such flavor!!! Now I always keep some BTB on hand. I LOVE French Onion Soup and cannot wait to try this. All the ways this can be used later is brilliant, too.
I found your channel looking for baked beans recipe to can and now I find myself binge watching. I never thought about canning so many different foods.

I know this has nothing to do with THIS particular thing you're doing, but I wanted to share with you, what I happened to can up today. My husband and I had stir fry last night, and of course, these days, I sit and think about WHAT ALL I can can up! lol. . I look at all the ingredients that I'm cutting up, and wonder. . What would Stir fry Veggies be like, with my soy sauce liquid in it? Knowing that I can thicken it all up, after I heat it to serve~ . . Next thing I know, my husband and I are chopping up a BUNCH of stir fry veggies, so I can blanch them all before I jar them up, and put on the Soy Sauce liquid. They just came out of the canner, and THEY SMELL HEAVENLY! lol . . Now I can't wait to try them out, and see how they did! I'll do a follow up with you, after I do! :) Thank you for inspiring me to do all this stuff!! lol LOVE your channel!

To the broth recipe I always add 2 cups of a good dark red sweet burgundy wine. That puts it right over the top...imho. I then serve it with Grier cheese baked and melted over the top....

I use a dry red wine.. it's not French Onion soup without it. Lol. I have to say that I think I'll make a batch her way to use as a jus in the ways she was saying she used it in. Great ideas!!

I'm a new subscriber, and I think you are terrific. I've been watching for two days. I usually watch at night. I'm 61 yrs. Old. And I wish I could can. But I'm not confident enough. I had a camber and the equipment but I ended up giving it to my daughter. You make it look so easy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful life with us. You are so sweet. Thanks again. Thank you very much, I would have felt stupid all these years if I bought new lids all these years. I think you do a wonderful service for your lovely family. It really shows how deeply you love them all. I really love canning but I really don't do much. There is so much gratification about canning. Yet again you' re very nice to watch and I really enjoy your videos. You are very passionate about cooking and canning and a lot of women don't get that passion but I love preparing meals for my family as well. Keep up the great work. Shelly

Hello! I’m a new sub, and will be learning to can soon. For carpel tunnel, see a corrective chiropractor and they will check your neck. That’s the part that controls the hands and arms and could need adjusting. 👍

Totally get the change in plan to use some for supper instead.
Achey benefits greatly by hot soup. RSD, psoriatic arthritis and Chronic Myofacia Pain myself.
I know how utterly comforting hot yummy soup is.
