@@SherreseNana i just picked it out and washed it real good with shampoo and conditioner. And seeing it makes me think of just a nice clean mid or low skin fade and trim the edges of the top
It lowkey is sad i figured this out a few months ago (not combing from the scalp first) yet my mom still insists combing from the root is correct and acts like my hair is difficult to comb/uneven *sigh*
how often should you pick your hair? i seen another yt say once a week but my hair be flat when i sleep and i want it to look poofy but dont wanna overdue cause im trying to grow my hair out
You can just fluff ur roots with the pick. Basically just lift the roots with ur pick but don’t actually try combining it all the way through. It gives you some volume
omd samee this is what another youtuber said to me - "you can slightly pick it out with a plastic Afro pic to get your Afro shape or stretching it out with your hands and a blow dryer on low heat."
It’s better to manipulate it less, so yes. If you just do wash and goes or protective styles it will help you retain length. But there are many factors to hair growth ☺️
Took me 4 years to grow out the top of my hair to droop down to my shoulders (I’m half black half Honduran) it’s mad curly but I may cut it short
To your shoulder wow that’s long! Nice 💪🏿

Thanks, I really needed a tutorial for shorter hair. My afro for awhile has not been growing.

What about a detangling brush? Because every day I use rice, water, and a detangling brush.

Cheap doesnt necessarily mean bad
Do you apply leave in every time?
My hair is not that nappy
Do we have to pick from our scalp or no?
No
Can you do a toturial on how to get "light skin hair" ☠️
use a whole lotta conditioner and products then detangle yo hair
You don't 💀 the hair on your head is what you get, but if you take care of it properly then it'll be a lot more versatile than you think

Hello, please help me, I'm a girl I want to ask is it's good to just keep hair on a wash and go and will it grow?
It’s better to manipulate it less, so yes. If you just do wash and goes or protective styles it will help you retain length. But there are many factors to hair growth ☺️
@@SherreseNana I mean with no protective hairstyles at all😭
The short answer is yes
@@SherreseNana Do i moisturize my Afro every single day and is Jamaican black oil castor good to use every day?
Will picking your hair make you lose your curl pattern?
No it won’t
Do we have to pick out our hair everydays?
No no! The less you manipulate it the better. But if you have to pick it, pick it the right way
I have question every morning I have to pick out my hair for school then a sponge it so what do I do
Try a curl routine, last longer and you don’t have to touch it for few days to a week of maintained right
@@SherreseNana Me to but I like it like that and my mom does too so is picking my hair out this way everyday healthy?
never use a sponge that takes moisture out of your hair and leaves it dry asl @@SANITY321
