Milo is getting his good exercise in that pretty green field, with all the interesting smells along the way. I use to see a fox now and then when I lived in the country. They're pretty, there's truth in the saying if someone's "sly like a fox". No horses for Milo to see today. When I was young I would ride a horse whenever I had a cance to, I was crazy for horses. Over here too people shoot off fireworks when they should"nt. Sometimes during the night even theres someone out there shootin off firecrackers. Well it was nice going along with you and Milo, gotta eat breafast now.😊😊😊❤
I don't mind them. I think the miserable misery police should let young people be young and enjoy themselves. I just shut the back door and the porch door and turned up the television until it was over. My only gripe is that people should collect their rubbish and put it in the bins instead of leaving it to the grounds staff to collect. We made far more use of the outdoors when we were kids. I'd go out with my friends in the morning come home for dinner and go off again until tea time and go off again until bedtime in the summer now parents are afraid of their own shadows
That's right. We played outdoors any chance we could when we were kids. When the porch light came on it was time to come in. There were alot of kids on the hill where I grew up. We would sled down the hill in the cold Minnesota winters but I guess we did'nt feel the cold but it sure was fun. We didn't have fancy toys, we used our own imaginations and always find something. If it was pouring rain I would sit and draw pictures inside, always found something to do. I don't see kids outside playing in the dirt anymore. We grew up with stronger immune systems I believe. Today's world is so different. I don't mind the firecrackers either, I'm kinda a night owl anyway. I gotta remember being young lighting up fireworks. We did pick up the mess tho. I don't think I would like being a kid in today's world.Theres alot stress it seems.
@darlenewinter5794 You knock it on the head, I was listening to JFK Jnr talking about illness in kids in our generation compared to today and I think you are spot on, we lived in a less sterile environment and built up our immune systems that way.
@@Thorpeman yep, and we never had to have baby shots either, we had all the illness and survived, measles, mumps, chicken pox and things got back then. I don't take vaccines now either, I had covid and lived thru that too. I won't take the covid vaccines either. There's so much autism in kids nowadays, makes a person wonder why. Sometimes people think I'm not thinking right with my way of thinking, but I gotta do what I gotta do. Besides that food was better back then, now some of its not even fit to eat. I'm a old girl now but I keep my body moving, even put music on and dance by myself to get some exercise. I love music and always have. Well I guess I talked on and on. I love watching your terrier videos.i have a soft heart for those gorgeous terriers of yours. I just love animals they are true friends that love us unconditionally.
