Man, this one hits real close to home! I battled non hodgkin's lymphoma type b-cell for 9 years, it was no freaking joke. When I was diagnosed my dr told me I had 4to6 months to live! I didn't tell anyone for almost 2 months, I just kept riding! Had to go through chemo for 5 years straight lost 70 pounds in 6 months. Hardest time of my life. Here it is almost 14 years later and I'm still alive and riding! #AllCancersMatter #iamasurvivor #fuckcancer
Love his riding and attitude towards life. I saw him ride at Woodward when I was a kid and it definitely changed the way I rode my bike, and probably my life as a whole.
I've always been drawn to Kris for reasons I didn't know, yeah I loved his riding and style. but after watching this I now know why. this guy is my people. him talking about struggles and being in your head and overcoming things and just his outlook on everything in life. I feel like him and I are paddling the same canoe.
Another great listen. Kris is another dude with such a great perspective. Loved when he was talking about without hardships you'll never grow as a person. So true, so many defining moments come from hardships.
hope all is best for kris, i couldnt imagine having something like that happen.. i hate saying this but he should still be careful once skin cancer is there its there even after it gets removed, my aunt had skin cancer and she got it removed it was a mole on her back, and itd bleed everytime something touched it. A year later it came back and took her life, so PLEASE dont think its completely gone, i believe the theory that everyone has a cancer in them but its stable in a sense and it takes a certain thing to trigger it.

Kris is like a prophet of the simplicity and happiness very good watch! 😬
The only way to realy feel the speed of Kris Fox in a video clip is the sound of his cassette or tires
No music is even needed. I could listen to him on his bike ripping a bowl for hours

Has Kris ever read any Neuroplasticity books like "the brain that changes itself"? It sounds like he has done some research on Neurology.
