What I've noticed about the success of freelance work relative to the pursuit of passion is marketability. Painting your success in a way that perpetuates motivation in others. Brad's perpetual imagery is very motivating.
This was a really good podcast, I was already a fan of Brad and now I am an even bigger fan, such an inspiration for real, and such a badass! My favorite part was when he was talking about being dropped by Merritt and he said "now I'm going to fucking show you" (or something like that lol) I had goosebumps because that's exactly what he did, fucking showed them, he's been on a tear ever since, but that was grimy as fuck how that dude at Merritt treated Brad, you don't do that to friends.

Since a while ago i saw BMX riders as regular human beings, dont take me wrong i feel great respect for the talent they have and that's it but the way Dennis looks Brad like with huuuuge respect is awesome that even a dude like Dennis that can do almost everything in a bike feel that much respect from Brad, like if he was watching a childhood hero
