hi, I am customizing the same motorcycle, I've been working on it for the last year and a half. it is very interesting to see how we handled differently some aspects of the building, like the rear fender . in that spot i welded a sheet of steel leaving 1,5 cm of tolerance between the seat bottom and the sheet, allowing space for the documents of the bike and making the seat openable with a hinge near the fuel tank and a very clever locking sistem near the fender. I welded 2 washers partially cut on one side to the frame to screw the new turning lights. I also had to build a hoven big enough to house the frame (and some at the time, all the other pieces) as I painted it with electrostatic powder, wich makes the strongest paint possible. I had some problems with the connections between the electrical system and the new handle switches, i really didn't know where to fit them as they became a big mess because of the different connectors. I eventually managed to fit them all in the new ( and smaller than the original) front light case. some other things that i had to make myself are the exhaust pipe, as I cut the original one because of some rust problems, i made it with a 30mm in diameter stainless steel pipe, welded a pair of 90° curves and machined with the late a new fitting for the cylinder; I made a new rear swing arm, well not totally a new one but i had to completely reconnect the two arms toghether because the old metal in between was totally rusted and dangerous. I made a case for the battery right behind the carburator. by now I only have to check if the wirings work, make sure that i filled the forks with the right amount of oil, let a professional mechanic check the carburation beacuse i changed either the air filter and the exhaust, refill the oil in the engine and hope that every nut and bolt is properly tightened. Waiting for the part 4 of your serie, you are doing a very nice job!
i love your videos, it gives me ideas on what to do on my bike. Can you make a separate video on how you put your seat cover on your fibe glass seat pan.
Wondering if you could tell me where you got the rear shocks? I am doing a similar build and need to new shocks to accommodate new 18” rear wheel! Many thanks :)
Hola, haces un trabajo increible. Me guastaria saber si compras los guardabarros traseros en algun sitio, o tu mismo los haces. Tengo problemas para encontrar unos que se adapten a mi sr 250
not that ya need it- but a handy tip for anyone doing a loop conversion.... when you are makig the spigots to join the loop to the frame, drill a hole on the inside of the loop and the frame, then pool weld the spigot in place- belt and braces but as ost folk grind the living shit out of the final weld for the aesthetics its worth knowing the thing is secure!
Hola me encantan tus vídeos Tengo 2 dudas La primera sería saber que suspensión son las de atrás Y la otra el rodado de las ruedas y marca de las cubiertas
What is the dimension of the front tank mount that you printed? I need a pair for my Honda GL1600 but since I lost the original part I dont really know the correct dimensions.
I love watching the seat process damn. These videos are so damn friggen cool. I want to know how much longer the build takes for filming everything? Great video bro!!

The combination of the filming style and the incorporation of the 3D printing /bike building is unique and brilliant. Keep up the good work.
