I sold my Playstation and got Switch just to get my 6 year old daughter into gaming. Now im constantly searching for games that we could enjoy together and could help her to learn finding pleasure in trial and error. She gets discouraged so easily about everything she tries and finds difficult, but playing games together is helping her deal with failure better and she slowly starts to get this whole concept. Thanks for this video. Your perspective is exactly what I was looking for.
That’s awesome! Glad to hear that. I have a six year old daughter that I do most of my gaming with. So finding games appropriate for her is important to me.
thanks for actually going in detail what kinda coop mode each game has, it sucks some games have assist modes instead of actual coop but its nice to know which are full fledged coop and which aren't. Already picked a few from your list :) many thanks
Unravelled 2 was a beautiful and well executed co op game. Don’t forget Cat Quest II or III both are fun action rpg games that work really well in single or two player (co op)
Really great since im looking for stuff to play with my wife and kids (at diffrent times 😅) hope you can keep that up and more for switch and PS are coming. Thx
Ive really enjoyed Moving Out to play with my 5 & 7 year old. Also a 4 player couch co op similar to Zelda LTTP is a game called The Last Dragon Slayer. Another simple one most kids can catch on to
I have a friend that is not that good at games and bought Kirby and the forgotten land and eventually I'm just carrying him trough it as waddle dee lol
Lol its vampire survivors or nothing. I am surprised the clones are single player, with ikki unite having a convoluted wireless/LAN multiplayer 😂. Oh and with burgertime party, enemies keep falling if you drop the topping to the next floor. Glad I stuck with pikmin 3 that has real multiplayer. Sorry about 4. USF2 way of the hado was fun though 1 player but good exercise by joycons.
@ part 3 on switch. Part 1 is nostalgia and is an older game so I don’t expect much from its flaws but it being redundant and having lifeless combat should’ve been fixed in part 3. They really just left it the same. Not hating on your vid, the vid was great! Just chatting is all
Quad Fighter K looks to be using the same mechanics as Aegis Wing on the 360 with its combining and docking mechanics. It's also a 4 player coop shump.
@dljohonnesson4320 I know. Though me and my friends hooked up 2 Xboxes to 1 tv, connected online, got the lobby up for both machines switching the inputs then played 4 players on 1 TV. XD
Not even half of these are worth playing for 2 player and Split screen games are not fun but where is moving out and the overcooked games that are the better kind of 2 player co-op games

Awesome! Thanks for watching!
Nintendo Life called… they want their thumbnails back 😂
😵😵😵
@ hahaha 🤣
Just got my Switch two days ago, thank you! ❤
Awesome! Enjoy!
Amazing list as always
Thanks for watching!
I think that Resident Evil Revelations 2 must be in the list too, a really good co-op game if you like shooters and "zombies"

Nice, thanks
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for changing the music!
I change the music all of the time. But you’re welcome? 😉
Still nothing compared to It Takes Two. How much I love that game
Definitely one of the all time greats!

Didn’t know about that one! Looks cool. And a switch exclusive?
I have a friend that is not that good at games and bought Kirby and the forgotten land and eventually I'm just carrying him trough it as waddle dee lol
You forgot to mention Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime
I started playing Ember knights recently. 4 player local coop roguelite. Check it out for the next video 😊
Love that game! I think I covered it in our co-op roguelite video!
@ClassicCo-op ah cool. I guess it does have a pc version too so it doesn't fit into being a switch exclusive
Great list. Just need to add The Untitled Goose game.
Love that game too!
You did you miss star wars battlefront classic?
Wow all these kirby games... You must enjoy em as much as Nintendo life...
Haha yeah, they’re great.
Was Super Kirby Clash the only free game on your list? Great video!
I believe so.
I think you could compress this list to only 20 or so to make the list better
For sure. I’ve done a couple top 20. Just wanted to cover as many couch co-op games on the system as I could.
Pikmin co op love it❤
It’s great!
The Stretchers😂😂😂😂The Irony😂😂😂😂Pass On That,22 Years Is Plenty For Me😂😂😂😂😂😂
Haha Do you work as an EMT or something?
@ 22 Years,Now Ret Medic/FF
No Overcooked? that game is fun as hell!
Love that game. Was just trying to cover the exclusives.

Vampire survivors rules! And Pikmin 3 is one of the best!
@ClassicCo-op glad ya played it. I know there are a ton of games, which is great. I can't wait for tetris forever next week 😇
There’s no game I regret buying more then Ultimate Alliance!! I use to love playing it as a kid with my bro but man that game sucked!!!!
The first one? Or are you talking about 3?

@ I feel the same. 3 just feels really repetitive and didn’t add anything new.
I want to like the video but its at 420 sooo yaaa

Oh yeah! Definitely similar. I need to try Aegis Wing again. Been a while!
Only 3 player on same screen
@dljohonnesson4320 I know. Though me and my friends hooked up 2 Xboxes to 1 tv, connected online, got the lobby up for both machines switching the inputs then played 4 players on 1 TV. XD
Boomerang Fu is the only amazing coop so far
It’s a fun game!
I agree! Best party game!
Not even half of these are worth playing for 2 player and Split screen games are not fun but where is moving out and the overcooked games that are the better kind of 2 player co-op games
This was just exclusive switch games and ports that added co-op.
