09/30/2024 Update: There is a new feature in the game called sandbox mode on the latest update. After this update, my game is back to being so laggy and almost unplayable. I'll wait for updates on the discord server and update here. Make sure to try the demo to see if the game works properly on your PC!

I wish the game was complete, its not in early access anymore but there's constant patches as if the game is incomplete and not finished yet ,so i also stopped playing and will wait till its officially over with all the updates and patches to play possibly. nothing more disheartening than to lose all progress because saves no longer work because of some patches that shouldn't have happened if the game was complete when it was actually released. so i can relate to the problems expressed in this video. overall i know it will be an amazing game the moment they complete it to the level it should be as a game thats no longer in early access or testing. I thank you for your honesty in your review!
@@JayJay-qu4nw the frustration over having to possibly restart is understandable. Idk what happened and why the game was released as it is so I can't comment on that. There's probably more that went on than we know. I still love the game regardless and I appreciate the constant updates. I'm def keeping tabs on more development for this game and will try to play and cover it again in the future. I already have 40+hrs as it is. 😂

I love these kinds of games, but this is my first hearing of this one. Honestly adore the in-depth review because I'm extremely picky about these types too. I feel like I'm considering it quite a bit after the video.

@TheDawnofVanlife I've tried Go-Go town. It's really cozy and I love the cow animations! It's lacking NPC interactions which I like in my games but it's a great game that can keep you busy for hours.
Just downloaded it this morning, but I'm at work and probably won't get a chance to play until Sunday or Monday. Anyone on the ps5, is it running smoothly?
I absolutely LOVE SunnySide! It's so much fun and I love the different take on the farming-life. For gender expression, if anyone is wondering.... You can set your gender expression to ANYTHING you like. Make a hyper-feminine character and set the slider to all the way masculine. From what I've seen, and what I've heard from the developers, pronouns are never used for the player character... so the ONLY thing the gender expression effects is who you can romance (all of the romancables use a pretty wide scale of what they are attracted to). @@JayJay-qu4nw It was never in early access. They are patching basically because the developer pushed an earlier date on them than they wanted, which left them unable to optimize it before putting it out.... and there is content/changes that people are asking for in the discord, so the developers are taking the time to give them what they are asking for.
@pixy-onewing it had launched an Alpha access which is somewhat of an unofficial Early access people paid to 'access' on kickstarter if they wanted too. While also being on their discord to report bugs and things but clearly that wasnt enough time to find everything. I assumed the same that allegedly it's most likely the developers fault for trying to push the game out faster for funds to finally start coming in. I still do think the game needs more time in the oven. I'm glad you find it perfect as it is but not everyone is going to be on the same page, nothing worse than losing all progress over a constant patching cycle. I'm happy they haven't abandoned the game but I doubt they'd do that when they game only released recently.
@pixy-onewing gave up on sims years ago honestly(Too expensive ). It's nice to know that you are immune to bugs and stuff , not everyone is. That's why I'm looking forward to game the game called inZOi!

I've been playing! The game is a bit janky, but I like to play it in quick 40 minute sessions in-between my other not so relaxing games. :D
I played the demo, had fun for a day then got distracted 😂😂. Maybe I will jump back in and get the game.

Yes there are mods on Nexus. I have no idea about the pets but I know animals can't die here.
