Another amazing build! And the mechanism is surprisingly easy.
How did you calibrate that the shot follows exactly the right trajectory? I understand the physics, but to get that right with lego...
Thank you! It took lots of trial and error haha! Mostly it involved moving the position of the shock absorber to adjust the power of the spring until it had just the right amount of force.
@@LEGOParadise as a physicist, I would love to reverse engineer the physical laws on this, lol 😆

My only recommendation would be to make the moving minifigure stand out of the same tan as the floor, not white

I know about the NBA minifigs, but I wanted to design a mechanism that can be made out of currently available parts :-)
Nice creation, but it looks/fits more to a football theme cause of the mechanism on ground m8.
