Exactly what I needed to hear today. Absolutely beautiful,. Such a relief and so much peace in not even trying to heal anymore, as I have tried so hard at everything for my whole life, including at healing. ❤️
It's a beautiful story, I hope it helps you Lucy
Thank you, thank you for allowing me to feel myself.
You don't need our permission 😉❤️
It is so beautiful. And a blessing that this is available online. But words can not express how grateful i am to see such a depth and bravery here
🤗 Thank you

I love the idea of letting go of having to handle things and be ok. Grief is overwhelming. Pushing it away is exhausting. People worry about you but you are ok. It is ok to not be ok. I have days I need to zone out in bed. I felt awful about it. Not anymore. Loving yourself through life is so important. Loving all the parts, especially the messy, unhappy ones. ❤
same here
"There's a peace and everything I ever wanted inside the crash if I just open up and experience what life has to show me there. It has a gift for me if I just open up and accept it. " Wow
The present moment. That’s all there is. That’s all there ever was. I never needed to be anything or anyone. Why I was ever rushing around I don’t know.
You’re doing great Sandra.
I have no children, but losing your own child in a hospice is the most heartbreaking thing imaginable. It’s great she found the right path.
Thanks again for having me on your podcast. You have such a beautiful presence and it was great to get to connect and share on this beautiful topic.
I'm so happy we had this talk. And..... Part 2 is underway. Thank you you so much Sandra ❤️
Sandra, for months I have been looking for someone to sit in the dark with me. I do not want coaching or anything else, I do not want anything but a soul who knows. How do I reach you?

I don't have any words other than gratitude, peace, silence, awe, humbleness. ❤
Thank you so much
Thank you so much for this deep and healing conversation 🙏🏻
Turning lead into gold 💛
Oh. My . Gosh. Phew… I needed this so so so much. Thank you both 🥹
🤗❤️
Incredible. Thank you Sandra.
Only watched the first half so far but already some incredibly powerful stuff has been shared. What a woman ❤
Finished now, SO good. One of the best recovery (well unrecovery) videos I've seen! Those who have gone through the deepest pains seem to have the most wisdom to offer without exception. Really touched me this interview has. Thank you to both of you ❤
Thank you so much Matt 🙏
Sandra, I'm so sorry for what you've been through❤❤Thank you for sharing ✨
Beautiful Sandra. It’s faith in the not knowing. That’s what it is for me at least.
Brilliant light. Yes. Diamonds from coal. Alchemy.
Love this! Coal is under huge pressure, 100 miles deep in the dark, and diamonds form. Some take a week and others take millions of years. Great analogy. Thank you both. ❤
Ha thanks for clearing up the mystery.
I love Sandra❤️🩹thank you so much for this gem of an interview❤️🩹
Thank you ❤ this is deeply profound and resonates 100%. My heart is saying YES ❤
Thank you 🙏
It’s Jungian shadow work. Digging in to the darkness inside that you don’t want to see. The funny thing for me is, I was already digging into those things before I got sick. On purpose, because I knew I needed to. Maybe that’s what caused it for me. It’s like opening Pandora’s box.
There’s an old Latin phrase in alchemy “In sterquiliniis invenitur”, “In filth it will be found”. It means that the thing you need the most is in the place you least want to look. I guess I need to keep looking. 😂
Thats what happened for me too! How are you doing now?
@@PsychicAlchemist Been working on this sort of thing for about six months and doing better.
Love her so much !! ❤
Love it guys, thank you ❤
Thank you Lahari 🙏
The alchemist is the book shes talking about
23:00 I get Bad memories and flashbacks all day long rages
Always got stress, i dont now how handle again
Just let it be there, it’s okay, remind yourself you are actually okay. You’re not sick. It’s okay. Let it be.
@@FrunkeHandalisat ok have servere anixety
@@jessicanilsson5941 Thats ok I have it too. Don’t think about it, just feel it. It’s okay, nothing bad will happen if you feel it.

Wait she said she didn't have anything else to try. But she did the program and got "the hidden message" too. So she was doing the program right?
Sounds like to me that Sandra read through & did parts of the release cfs program and quickly got the bigger picture & take home message (e.g. validation) to give herself what she needs (e.g. radical acceptance of her feelings, behaviour & symptoms/being unhealed as well as accepting the bs of the world we live in (“to me being human is really awful”) - I loved that line 😂❤
Sandra ! Did You got twist /jerk /brainfog ?
