corona break is making me rly bored so i decided to do that and i can confirm that it does indeed take forever. Not to mention i am making rly small puff balls so...
Those are terrible pompoms, you need to use a plastic form, actual wool yarn and a lot of it to form solid compact balls of fluff. You also need to leave ends long enough when you tie up the pompom that you can stitch them into the yarn strands a couple of dozen times. Otherwise the rug will wear out almost immediately. Also the backing they've chosen is only meant to be on the very bottom of a rug to stop it slipping. Using it as the base to tie the rug materials themselves to will just rip as soon as a toenail gets snagged in them. This one is a seriously big fail, and a dangerous one too.
Elza You can buy them online and get them delivered. Trust me, using cardboard is frustrating, stressful and will make you give up quickly. I'm a textiles artist and teacher, I know of which I speak.
Uhhh, I wanted something cheaper. So buy a rug just a fuzzy for $30 or buy $60 in towels to work and work and work to make it. Buy it, faster cheaper, this is stupid
Who the hell has a bunch of different color hoses and a gazillion zip ties around? Doesn't make sense. The third rug made out of rope seems like the only simple one to make....great colors. The other four are a waste of time. I can go to "5 Below" amd buy a really cute 3×5 multicolored fabric scrap rug for $5....
I just wanna know how stepping on broken hoses and zip ties would be comfortable.
I guess it could be like a welcome mat cause people are wearing shoes

Good for your circulation 😂
Wow, buzzfeed is amazing for helping the environment. They like to recycle! Videos that is.
V S drums please!
V S I can just hear the sarcasm screaming in this 😂
I hope this channel doesn't become like 5 minute crafts reposting everything they do like a million times.
Oh my gosh how many times are you guys going to keep doing the braided one!!!
Well first time ive seen this..would it keep its shape if u washed it?
Theyve literaly done the braided towel rug like 5 times.
you can have a really weird rug thing as long as you have a collection of zipties and random extra water hoses
Man those look comfy. Nice, comfy reposts.
Edit: Oooooo 44 likes. Thx.
hahahahahahahaha
Elena Tran make it 45
The last one is terrible who would want to step on old hose all day
the hose one would be so uncomfortable???
NOOOOO NOT THE BRAIDED TOWEL RUG HOW MANY TIMES DO THEY USE THIS VIDEO
Lindsey Marufu YES WHAT THE FUCKK
Better than the hose
Number 4 would be an awesome way to make a snuffle mat for a dog!
They look so soft, fuzzy! I want to make one into a blanket!👍
Horse Of Truth LOL
Trinity Johnson

Was there. Hot glue and non-slip mats don't survive washer :(

Wouldn't it be easier to buy a rug instead?

corona break is making me rly bored so i decided to do that and i can confirm that it does indeed take forever. Not to mention i am making rly small puff balls so...

Beautiful!!!! And quick!!!!
Yeah, because I have years of my life with nothing to do, might as well make a rug with individual strands of tshirt and yarn.
I sure do love stepping on hoses and zip ties all day...
Wow loved that rope one
The last one
Who wants to use dirty used rubber as a mat?
Clean it!
I’m not making the towel Bath mat nifty!
I like the rope one
If you are to lazy for sewing I recommend pulling out the old hot glue gun.
I love the video!

MsCherade9 I actually attempted to make the rugs, and when I got to the 5th Pom Pom, they started falling apart and leaving bits or yarn behind.

ITS DIY
MsCherade9 can u still make the pompoms fluffier and use the same mat?
Number 4 is something that looks like a punishment for kids that have been misbehaving
Same video 2-3 times a week? Why?
my mom: aerial where the FUCK are all the damn towels
How exactly are you meant to clean these?
Laura Ireson The ones made of yarn and fabric can go in the washing machine. If they're too big you can wash them by hand in the bath.
And from where can we get a non slip mat ??
@@ammarpartapur480 the 99 cents store..
Washer
Great thank you
i think i will stick to dollar tree and buy rugs for 1 dollar
rip hose
They already post the video before it just separate video
the last one has to be a joke😭💀
Buy one
Cool
Lol wtf was that last one.. Hoses really?
Can that glue survive the washer
This is killing me because those non-slip mats disintegrate in months!
You know damn well the garden hose rug would hurt your feet..
Thoses ties are very hard and if the hose has holes its old and brittle
Tapete de mangueira!
I want to do it
Jolie
Is it just me, or did they forget to remove a pin at 0:36 😶
So why DIY if you have to buy a bunch of stuff
Return of the braided towel rug...
Whar is that net like sheet in step 2?
Where we buy non slip rug
Uhhh, I wanted something cheaper. So buy a rug just a fuzzy for $30 or buy $60 in towels to work and work and work to make it. Buy it, faster cheaper, this is stupid
Craft smart & repurpose or upcycle.

Am I the only one who thinks four and five look such a pain?
Why do you guys repeat videos?????😩 stop it!
Resembles 5mnts crafts
