Sean "PlayStationFan" Goldtrade well that's pretty cancer
Jason: Hows Alfred?
i wanted to cry , thats so heartbreaking
He wants to go home but he has to prove a point
Jason never wanted to hurt the bat fam, just Batman.
What the hell did Joker do to him... He turned him into a monster. Made him become his own worst enemy.
I know there is such heart break in his voice
Alfred said without a sidekick he's lost and a mess there not there for only physical but mental support too Jason only got replaced because Tim said he knew Batman was Bruce and sick was nightwing he gave himself away by doing triple backflips and he knew no-one could do that but the Grayson because it is almost impossible to master for any human

*“Anyone hurts her, they’re a dead man”*
Man Jason has been through some *SHIT* but he still cares about Barbara
Barbra Dick and Alfred are the 3 he never stopped loving
After all, she is still FAMILY
Its only batman he wants to hurt. The rest have nothing to do with what he wants to do
Scarecrow should’ve thought twice before using his fear toxin on Barbra.
@@hawkeyenextgen7117 he didn’t use the toxin. Jason stopped him before he could.
_"How's Alfred?"_
It shows that Jason's hate was only for Bruce. Not for Alfred, not for Barbara, not for anyone else. Only _Bruce._ It's even shows that he still cares for Barbara - Seeing as how he got Scarecrow away from her before he could inject her with fear toxin.
Batman and robin propably
Trust me if Jason didn't still care for Alfred, Dick and Barbara, they would most likely be dead, he would of started with Dick whilst he was still in Bludhaven, and then whilst Bruce is griving and distracted, scarecrow could of done more preparations for his plan, Jason would of gone after Tim next, then Barbara, and lastly Alfred. All to cripple Bruce, so that Jason can kill him.
This is because he knows what it’s like to work under Bruce and knows how he treats them. Batman makes the calls not them.
@@Robdc89 They probably would have been dead before it was revealed that he has come into town if he didn't care about them

Jason is the one, who risked her life, so he shouldn’t act like a big hypocrite here.

"He LEFT me."
Damn, you can feel the hurt and betrayal in his voice.
@Chris Bateman "That's your problem Jason, you still see yourself as "another Robin" But You were as much a son to Bruce. You were as much a son to me. When we thought The Joker killed you... We were all..."
- Alfred (Comic | Justice League #19)
It mostly writers fault, yes, but to be fair, Bruce didn't even search for a body
@@Megasuperq I mean, it's not like he isn't a "world's greatest detective" to determine this... But I mostly blame poor writing for this. This game was awesome, no shade, but some moments would have been better with more thought put in them.
Darkless
After solving the riddles you get a few stories from the arkhamverse that were never shown in actual games. In the story “The Fall” it revealed Jason went alone to find the Joker because Joker was a monster that needed to be killed. This was because Joker killed Jason’s mother. Jason turned off his tracker and cut all communications with the bat family. Batman had no way to find him by a tracker. Jason went to Arkham Asylum where Joker was hiding and then Joker captured him. He cut communications with the Batman so Bruce couldn’t just track him. Joker sent Bruce video footage of Jason being tortured and “murdered.” Jason was missing for months. Batman couldn’t find him and Joker can’t be reasoned with so of course interrogating Joker would lead to nothing. Being the world’s greatest detective doesn’t mean you’re always gonna solve the case.
He had a tracker robin disabled it so no one could find him disobeying orders
I love how calmly and nicely Jason asks "How's Alfred?" gave me a good laugh.
BloodyFlowerFilms I think its impossible to hate Alfred
WhereMyKeys He's basically the best person ever. Between him and Dick Grayson (in the pre-New 52 universe) those are the two people that if you screw with them, everyone will hate you for it. It's just uncool.
WhereMyKeys He's the best butler in comics. And he's also the surrogate father of Bruce as well as all the Robins and Batgirls.
WhereMyKeys You can't hate him. But man, his waffles are f'n terrible. Only Stephanie would have the guts to eat those. Jeez...
GZilla311 Well I'm not trying to be a douche but Dick did cheat on his fiance right before their wedding with his crippled ex girlfriend so in my opinion he is no saint but still nobody can hate or even dislike Alfred the guy is the best.
Having the Joker break Jason is far more interesting than having Jason get killed then resurrected.
+ThatGuyYouKnow It felt like his psychology is being twisted, and thus giving him split persona. Just look at his persona when he is Arkham Knight and Jason. In a second, his cold and strategic persona changes into someone really emotional. "... How's Alfred?"
Rito Sho Exactly. It is a much better explanation than "The Lazarus Pit drove him insane."
ThatGuyYouKnow I actually hoped that the Ending would not be like that. You know... The world still don't know Batman's Identity. Because I was hoping that there would be the next game, which players could use Jason when he finally joins the Bat Family
ThatGuyYouKnow let me explain it to you and the top comment. Did Joker kill Jason? Yes, he did, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t break him both emotionally and physically. And then, he blew him up, right as Jason realized no one was coming to save him, thus having him lose hope in Batman completely. Then, he crawled his way out of his grave, being taken in by the League of Assasins and dumped in the Lazarus Pit, which basically grew the seeds of hatred Joker had planted in him. Then Talia, yes THAT Talia, explained to him how Batman had replaced him in basically 6 months, probably less.
Then again, if you still think the Arkhamverse’s maiming and torturing of Jason Todd was better, you ate entitled to your own opinion
DungeonDude01 yeah I think Arkham did it better. The feeling of being failed by Batman and then replaced like he was nothing is still there. The only difference is that all the fat is cut off. Do we really need Jason to be killed, revived, put in a lazeras pit, and driven mad, when we can just have a straightforward story of being left behind and wanting what Jason perceives as justice?
In Tape 3, I think Jason just needs a really good hug.
That, my friend, is my you never underestimate troy baker as a voice actor.
Leigh Riddick oh yeah so true. I mean this is why batman is able to convert him back. Jason was still good inside, just really really messed up from what joker did to him.
c0cksmak Yeah, there is still good in there. It's just that he's understandably messed up after all that's happened to him and the time left for the anger to fester.
I think at least in the Arkham-verse seeing how he did help Batman out in the end that there is hope that he can recover to some degree.
+FlareKnight He's going 10 different kinds of medication and 10 years of therapy plus anger management classes after that he'll be OK.
+Leigh Riddick I'd be like "Come here,You big lug,Heres a hug" I felt for him.
It's so refreshing to see DC actually showcasing Jason's relationship with the family and the fact that, contrary to opinion, the family don't hate him- they love and miss him. Jason is just too stubborn to realize that, or admit it :')
He missed them too. Didn't you hear how calmly he asked "how's Alfred?"
*realize :')
Morgan_Dext Yeah, and he loves and misses them... but he's also just so angry at them BECAUSE he thinks they don't miss him. He thinks they hate him. He thinks everyone hates him. Or that he was... forgotten. Y'know, sorta like Joker's worst fear.
Morgan_Dext If I may, the only person who thinks that Jason Todd is worthless, unloved, and unloveable, is Jason Todd. I read that somewhere and it really resonated with me. This game does a good job of showing us that he feels that way, and conversely, that his beliefs are just not true. He is loved. He just doesn't believe it.
Morgan_Dext actually that's only half true, He still loves the others. Like he protects Barbara, Tim, and Dick, heck he still even cares for Lucius and Alfred. It's only Bruce that he has a grudge against. After all it's all Joker's fault that he hates Batman.
Even after it all Jason was still good he wouldn't let those he loved be hurt
Jakemufcfan He just want to kill bad people like punisher
He even saved him
Stockton Young He didn't die in Arkham verse. Like Joker said in the game, Batman recieved fake video with Jason's death.
Stockton Young Joker is not stupid. He's actually very smart. He's no Einstein though.
I have to disagree with you man, Jason was not good. Remember during the Ace Chemicals section of the game, he gets aggressive with a pleading hostage and allows several to die.
I love how he is all protective of her in the last one. He was always protective of woman and children it is adorable. He kills anyone who hurts them.
He was always protective of the one's he loved and thought of as family.
Red Hood well he does save batman at the end of the game but escapes
BAT-TALK! Well in the dlc red hood became Gotham a new protector
He kills drug dealers who sell to children also.
Red Hood yep that’s robin
I love how Jason still cares for her even going as far as to ask how Alfred's doing
SloanBricks Entertainment barbara, dick, alfred and Tim are like family to Jason, the only real family he's ever had. He's mad at batman not them, so yeah he cares a lot for barbara and the others
SloanBricks Entertainment he’s not evil, he’s just a badass .. but if you think about it he does what marvel characters do.. kill! Cap shoots other guys, Ironman shoots too.. Antman kills guys , black widow does too.. if dc heroes (with or without powers ) did it they’d be considered “rogue”
@Weight Overload yeah he knows about him.. in comics jason and tim get along pretty well, unlike dick-jason
@@dimasakbar5105 actually they did got along in RHATO Rebirth Annual #1

I really like how Jason still has a huge soft spot for Alfred and Barbara. Protects Barbara despite kidnapping her and putting her in harms way. Always a good performance by Troy Baker as Jason...The guy literally speaks emotions. Can't decide wich Jason I like better. Under The Red Hood or Arkham Knight version.
+RaTrooper458 Don't decide. Love both :D ♥
It's funny how Troy Baker voiced two different characters that went by "Red Hood" in a row in Arkkham games
RaTrooper458 Jensen Ackles was better than troy on this one

Well Jason was the Arkham knight and when batman made him change his way he becomes redhood so in the Arkham series Arkham knight for me

Damn Baker... he really does have talent. Not only does he range the emotions but he makes realistic transitions and manages to make his voice shaky and sped up as needed. I just... damn.

Especially considering the fact that we simply don’t know what exactly Joker put Jason through. And quite frankly, I’m rather thankful we don’t. A year trapped with a man who possesses boundless cruelty and unlimited imagination, is one of the most terrifying things I can imagine.
@@LordCommander-ui2fw Actually it was revealed in the comics what kind of torture Joker put Jason through.
@New Alfa To be fair Batman had little way of tracking down Jason after he lost him. As Jason had disabled his tracker and communications when he went after Joker on hus own.
@@Burning-Twilight what's the comic (s) called? I'm really curious lol. and is it really brutal?
@@iamgood1484 Arkham Knight Genesis. Don't think it's really brutal but probably not easy to read at times.
I find it so sad that he says "I can't go back" not "I won't go back", because he feels like he doesn't deserve to be in the Manor, like the Joker has broken him and he will just destroy everything if he does
Technically, Even though it's Jason, the Arkham Knight IS an original character. The concept of being the Knight before the red hood is an idea never really done before, as red hood is usually an anti hero as opposed to a straight up villain like the Arkham Knight. And Jason surviving his torture instead of being resurrected just adds to his emotional damage even more, instead of wishing for Bruce to start killing, he wishes to kill Bruce, and on top of that, Jason became red hood After rejoining batman's team, instead of forming his own team. Disagree with me if you like, but Rocksteady made a good choice.
Twocoolman115 Agreed. The Arkham Knight identity and persona is an original character but Jason who's using the identity isn't.
+Twocoolman115 Rocksteady said that the Arkham Knight wasn't an existing DC character so no they lied. Also I don't mind having Jason in the game, I also don't mind having him be a main antagonist, but I simply giving him a new outfit and then trying to sell him off as this new and mysterious character when it's so painfully obvious is what gets to me.
The persona is pointless in the long run since he just ditches it so quickly and didn't even need to be there since he could have just been Red Hood from the beginning. If anything it would have been a fine twist on the Red Hood persona to see how he starts off as a villain but then slowly becomes the anti-hero that everyone knows.
+Mr Grape Soda
Jason's persona of Red Hood didn't exist in the arkham verse until after the main game, so RC half lied.
Twocoolman115
What I'm saying is that they could have just had him be Red Hood from the beginning and nothing would be different,
+Mr Grape Soda I know, but what's the fun of that if everybody knows who he is right of the bat? (No pun intended).
I love how sassy Barbara is. Scarecrow wanted to know who Batman was and she was like “ask him when he gets here” 😂
But Jason really was a badass in this one. Give ya boi some love (and a hug) because we all know he needed it. Still needs one.
"You're still talking"
@@Anas0_ali That was awesome!
@@emmadixon1131 it was very lame honestly, even scarecrow realised that
I think Jason here is kinda right about Bruce and his obsession about the mission. Remember him in Justice League Unlimited Batman Beyond episode?
Bruce: "The only thing that matters is the mission, you know that!"
Terry: "WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE, BRUCE?! Dick, Barbara, Tim, Selina? They all LOVED you but eventually EVERY SINGLE one of them LEFT YOU! EVER WONDERED WHY?!"
Bruce: "NOT FOR ONCE! It came down to it because they didn't have a heart for the mission! Are you about to quit, too? It doesn't really surprise me."
Terry: "IT DOESN'T?!"
Bruce Wayne is a Japanese dude. They only care about their jobs not love and families.
Just remember, that argument was all in Terry's head, an imagined argument that could have been.
I'm so glad you mentioned it, that scene was the first thing that came to my mind when I heard the recordings.
DarkStar TWDG But I actually agree with Bruce there
Bruce never wanted them to join in the first place, and told them the risks.
Batgirl joined without his permission and wanted more of Bruce, the Robins turned out to be too emotional.
Batman didn't start being Batman as a fun experience with friends, but for the greater good and his sidekicks in the animated universe ultimately didn't had the guts to finish what they started and blamed him for that.
I love how in control Barbara is almost this whole time. Even when Jason says Bruce’s name her voice barely changes. She’s a warrior.
What do you expect, she was Batgirl for a while before she was paralyzed, so she already has experience against guys like Scarecrow, Joker and maybe at some point she has faced a mercenary like Deathstroke or Deadshot to not be intimidated against the Arkham Knight.
"Anyone hurts her... They're a dead man" He still has feeling for the rest of the Bat-family. He cares about them, Joker has just forced him to hate Bruce.
He only hates Batman. He still cares about everyone else.
The fact that Jason was so protective over Barbra really showed that the Arkham Knight hadn't completed clouded Jason's mind yet.
It's more like what Joker had done to him
I love how easily Troy Baker portrays suppressed PTSD. You can tell how unstable Jason is. How hard he’s fighting to stay calm. His mood swings are awesome. And how he trailed off when taking about the joker. I almost cry for him every time I play the tapes.
Oh absolutely. Like when jason revealed himself in the main game he would remain calm, shout and then remain calm a second after
Nadine Allen and how broken and hurt he sounded when he said Bruce left him
God tier acting 😭👏👏👏
Jason's story was one the saddest in DC history, second only to the story of Victor Fries.
Oh Jason, why couldn't you see it? Why couldn't you see how Bruce, Dick, Alfred, Brabra, Ace and Tim all loved you? They never replaced you or forgot you. And Bruce never put the mission before the person. You WERE the mission, and he wanted to save the person the mission was about.
The hate and frustration Joker put into his heart blinded Jason to how the people he called family missed him. And that fact makes his story twice as sad.
This brought a manly tear to my eye.
Twocoolman115 I didn't think my comment had that effect. Sorry I brought a tear to your eye.
+Tahirah Hasan
There's no need to feel bad about manly tears. That just means your comment is awesome.
Twocoolman115 Ah, is that so? Well thank you then.
+Tahirah Hasan I would leave Tim (and probably Ace-I'm not sure when he came around in the story) out of that xD
Tim wasn't around until Jason died- Tim didn't _know_ Jason enough to actually love the guy- It is true in New 52 Tim and Jason share a brotherly relationship- but that's only after Jason died.
The entire reason Jason talks about being replaced is because of Tim being Robin after him. Tim never knew Jason- Jason never knew Tim-- Not until he came back to life anyway.
And in the original story line the two almost out right hated each others guts- It wasn't until New 52 we actually saw some kind of bond between the two form.
So from a realistic standpoint- When Jason came back- He kind of _was_ replaced by Tim-- Even if they didn't intentionally mean to do so.
The only people who knew Jason before he died were Bruce, Dick, Barbara and Alfred.
So Tim (and possibly Ace) don't really fit in there entirely xD
I always love when Jason and Barbara interact
She is special.
The “Look me in the eye and say that” literally gave me chills. That is one of the best lines out of the whole series
Best part about this entire thing is : This game stays true to how Jason is portrayed in the comics. He'll shun his family. Turn his back on them. Hell, as demonstrated in game, tried to kill Bruce. But at the end, he actually cares about his family. Even Bruce.
"Look me in the eye and say that."
"(Gasp!)... Wait. That's just a red mask."
"Huh? Oh, sorry, wrong button."
LOL 😂
gotta say I agree with Jason about batman always choosing the mission even over his friends he is not wrong about that
Sometimes the mission takes precedence above all the rest. It's those decisions that you MUST make for the good of everyone else. Very tough desicion.
Too be fair in Arkham city he did initially want to save Talia rather than stop Protocol 10, until Alfred persuaded him.
kind of but not really, people already explained what happened in Arkham city, but in this game Batman literally gives up scarecrow for Barbara claiming he won’t lose anyone else. sounds like he learned his lesson
One of the biggest peeves i have with Batman is besides the Under the Red Hood movie, Jason Todd has little to no exposure outside the comic, so im perfect happy hes the Arkham Knight.
We cant keep pretending a Robin that was actually killed by Joker (That's right kids!) never existed.
InsertMusician335 I 100% agree.
InsertMusician335 I agree with everything you said and have felt that way for a long time, but I think Rocksteady failed to leave that trend. This was their opportunity to make a really unique and amazing Jason Todd story, and they intentionally misled us into believing they will. Everyone thinks Batman killed Joker, something Jason always wanted him to do and the only thing he held against Bruce. Like Barbara said, it doesn't even really make sense why Jason is still mad at Bruce. They could have done something great with that, but instead they recycle the Red Hood story. This shows that neither DC nor Rocksteady really know what to do with him, and that's sad. I was so hyped to see a story of Jason working with the rest of the Bat family, but like many others was let down because there is nothing new about this story. Rocksteady really dropped the bomb. For example Hush was so built was with Bruce Wayne's face, he could have done something cool like worked alongside Scarecrow and helped bring Gotham to ruin while also causing the public to hate Bruce Wayne. Instead he stages a half-hearted robbery and is defeated in less than five minutes. I'm not mad at Rocksteady, just disappointed.
TheSilentStorm I agree with this also i think this could've been introduced better in arkham city and continued in arkham knight since they both somewhat concentrate on the Jokers demise.
TheSilentStorm He is mad because batman still did not go to where Jason Todd supposedly died and continued with a different mission and had spent 1 whole year with Joker suffering waiting for Batman to come but never did someone who you look up to you abandons you because the missions comes first batman would sacerfice the few for the many!
I'll be honest with you. I was a little disappointed to see that the Arkam Knight wasn't an original character. But on a initial viewing experience and when he was revealed to me, it was very shocking to me.
The Arkam Knight though was originally supposed to be a Bruce Wayne Clone created by Amanda Walker who was originally intended to be the hole start of the war and the military forces but after Arkam Origins and Assault on Arkam came out, they had to change it.
"You don't know what Joker did to me!"
I got Arkham Knight Genesis #3 yesterday and for six months, Akrham patients and transfers from Blackgate like Killer Croc, Zsasz, Penguin, Calendar Man, Two-Face, Bane, and Scarecrow beat the tar out of Jason. Whatever else happened to him in those 18 months sure wasn't pretty.
@@vee6327 they didn't do what I think they did to him did they?
@@vee6327 nvm, I found and read the 6 issues. Why Scarecrow just stared is beyond me, he didn't even inject him. I think he just enjoyed the fear in his eyes. Weird too how it was Harley that named him.
What's cool is that no one who took part in torturing him knows who he really is. He was probably gonna kill them one by one after he was done with Batman
I really hope he killed them all after the events of Arkham knight, I know he was Robin but that’s just evil and sick😠. I find this Jason more skillful and intimidating then his other appearances( aside from his whining ofc) in my opinion Joker’s lucky titan finished him 💀
So Scarecrow tortured him, yet is completely fine with teaming up. And it’s not like he covered his face the whole time. Listen to recording 3, scarecrow walks in on him with the mask off.

Troy Baker is a phenomenal voice actor, the way he can act as a broken and depressed man and then turn into a rage filled monster is just too seamless
this little 3 minute voice recording is the best part of his character in this game.
You know Jason still cared for Babara when crane was about to give her fear toxin, he warned her to get away
Jason turning out to be Arkham Knight may have been obvious. But I'm just happy that my favorite member of the Bat Family was used before the series ended, and besides Batman himself, had the biggest role in a game. And honestly, I kinda like the changes in the backstory, compared to the comic version atleast. (I wish they had gotten Jensen Ackles to voice Jason though)
Jensen Ankles did a great job doing the Batman under the red hood movie 😊
2:53 that voice....damn it's so broken!
You can hear the emotion in his voice when he tells Barbara what Joker did to him, he definitely sounds traumatized. Troy Baker did a good job with the voices and the emotions throughout the game

Scarecrow should’ve thought twice before using the fear toxin on Oracle.
He didn’t though. Jason came in the room before Scarecrow could use it
I love Knight's relationship with Barbara. He's kinda like a close friend. I wonder what his relationship is with Nightwing.
When you take her to G.C.P.D you can see a flying Graysons necklace on her neck so I'm sure she has some feelings for him
The Badass Bro they have worked together when he was Robin
He probably thought of him as an older brother in a way
Oracles “Jason?!” Killed Me. You could feel the emotions of her finding out he’s not really dead and realizing what he’s become at the same time. I hate a lot of the batmobile stuff but the writing and acting in this game is top tier
2:57 This was the moment I realized what a brilliant actor Troy Baker is. His voice is cracking like a cheap window and he sounds like he's going to cry remembering what the Joker did to him.
He still cares about his family he’s just too afraid to admit it 🥺
I hate how you can just hear the pain in his voice and it kinda just makes you want to give him a hug... I think this would be a lot better if they actually showed it rathe than just doing it as a tape because I'd be really interested to see it play out.
"Batman's not about saving the innocents, he's about punishing the guilty"
I felt that.
2:35 I've played this game multiple times and I've never listened to his audio tapes. I literally said "Holy s***" out loud.
Wished we had more knight DLC
I love him very much, He is a genius maniac with a strategic mind and corrupted soul, But still protecting his family and ask about them!
Even though he’s no maniac. Joker is a maniac. Pyg is a maniac. Mad Hatter is a maniac.
Jason is just a killer. Pretty smart and capable killer.
If this was discovered during the story it would have been better
I love how Jason wouldn’t let anyone hurt Barbra
Don’t even think he wanted to kill Bruce, was just angry. If he was really that desperate to kill him he could have done it many times, even kept his identity secret. You can see when he talks he still has a respect for him behind the anger
This is the heaviest version of death in the family, because on the other versions he got spanked and blown up,but in this one, joker kept him locked, making constant torture and brainwash, for almost a year,in my opinion this is the most damaged version of Jason Todd.
See, this is why I adore Troy Baker as Jason. He's a calm and a crazy Jason.
Dang I actually never listened to this before poor Jason
I could be very wrong, but I feel like Jason likes her. Especially how he’s so protective of her
If only Jayson and Tim switched places
Rishem Bhogal I highly doubt it, Jason was the only Robin she never Dated
Jason is naturally protective like that.
He just had a very good relationship with Barbara, even in the comics.
It certainly would have been better than Tim and Barbara. It actually would’ve added to the story and made sense unlike Tim
I loved the Arkham Knight’s tapes, they showed his compassionate side and made his character stronger in my opinion
Though Jason is wrong in thinking that Bruce abandoned him & left him to die, I completely understand where he is coming from. Throughout every version of this tale, his anger towards Bruce & The Joker is understandable. In this version, The Joker is dead, so it's only natural for Jason to lash out at Bruce. And Honestly, I love how long he took & how long he planned his revenge. Even forming his own militia. Taking the names of both where he died as well as who let him die, & then becoming the "Arkham Knight." In the end, even after he forgives & saves Bruce, he's still fucked up in the head enough to take the old moniker of the man that killed him, becoming The "Red Hood." Talk about awesome!
+Sky Blailock Yep. Since Joker's dead Jason's taking his anger out on Bruce with the added bonus that Joker basically tortured and broke Jason into becoming The Arkham Knight because the idea of Batman being killed by a villainous former ally of his would be hilarious to Joker which is why he did it to begin with.
"All it takes is one bad day"
-joker the clown prince of crime
It took Jason over a year LMAO
3:11 When the union try to steal Bob The Builder's job
I like how despite him aiding the enemy he still cares about them as he specificly tells them to knock Barbara out and if they kill her they're all dead
When Jason said "how's alfred" that really made me feel for the character the death in the family saga was so powerful but in the Arkhamverse it's even better joker kept Jason in the Asylum for over a year torturing him very powerful
Bro the “how’s Alfred” always gets me
Oh, God... poor Jason. I almost cried. I *did* cry in the last fight between him and Bruce. Poor man...
I liked how they made it kind of emotional but i wanted to see more character interaction like i believe the barbara and jason audio tapes wohldve been a good cutscene but thats my opinion
No doubt. Thats a good opinion you got there.... EVERYONE WANTED IT TO BE A CUTSCENE TOO! >
I just love the way how basically under the mask he still cares for Bruce and the others but his just messed up from what the joker done to him
“How's Alfred?”
“He misses you”
Fuck someone is cutting onions
I absolutely adored the amount of character detail they were able to establish in a few short audio clips and I honestly cried when I listened to them in game for the first time, Jason looking out for Barbara and even asking about Alfred even though they didn’t even know he’s alive is heartbreaking but perfectly in line with his character and something you’d expect from Jason considering despite his immense hate towards Batman he still remembers the family Bruce gave him and the lessons he learned under Bruce stick with him
For real! He is still the same loving boy but the hate of Bruce blinded him! I love him so much
They still love Jason.
Scarecrow: *talks about why he wears things on his hands*
Barbra: Are you done talking?
2:30 "Look me in the eye and say that" 👍🏽 Tough one To give an answer to 🤚🏽
this is heart wrenching. he still cares about the bat family but holds hatred against the batman. in all honesty, he was right. batman will choose the mission over the person most times if the person cannot be saved or is nearly impossible to save like jason. it’s heartbreaking to see how joker messed up jason and changed the way he viewed the world and people.
The only person Batman seems to care about is Joker 😡
@@Lightner445555555555 you clearly need to educate yourself about the character of Batman.
@@Lightner445555555555 Depending on the batman canon, this is right. In a lot of canons batman loves his family but in some of the darker batman comics, he had an unhealthy obsession with the clown.
Does anyone has noticed Barbra and Jason has 1 thing common the joker did bad things to them like Barbra got shot and now she's in a wheelchair and Jason joker beat the crap out of him with a crowbar
I forgot how much Alfred loved Jason… that actually broke my heart when Jason asked how Alfred was doing
Hearing all these, we can understand Jason much more in this game, he knows the true identity of Batman, but he wont tell scarecrow because he doesn’t play that way, he doesn’t want to ruin Batman like scarecrow does, he just wants to kill Bruce and remind him of his mistakes. When he defends Barbra, he he knows better than to let Bruce lose anyone else, also he has empathy for her, because he was in her exact situation, she was trapped with scarecrow, he was trapped with joker. He trying not to let what happen to him happen to Barbra. He doesn’t want her to feel his pain by defending Bruce to the end. His only motive is to kill Bruce, not anyone else in his family.
I love how Barbara isn't even intimidated by scarecrow in the slightest, heck she can probably snap his neck even in her condition.
Anybody would. A man that is only obsessed with bringing out people’s worst fears without any fighting experience wouldn’t being a little menacing
@@masterjustin2246but without Jason, Scarecrow would inject the toxin to Barbara which would cause major problems both for the mission and for Barbara.
Before his death in Arkham City, The Joker knew he had to leave his legacy as a last laugh to Batman. Not only sending his deadly titan blood all over Gotham, affecting 5 people including Batman, but to physically and mentally break down Jason Todd to the point of madness and vengeance.
“GET THE HELL AWAY FROM HER” Jason was Fr about to end scarecrow
Bruce Wayne is like Kakashi always the mission. Jason is like Obito
I would say Jason is Itachi and Tim sasuke, specially when he went through his emo phase back in 2005
@@javierlopez9789 Jason seems more like a Sasuke ngl
I love how good dc are at establishing relationships between characters. You can really feel how hurt Jason is in these tapes. He thinks Bruce gave up on him. The one person who took him in and accepted him, abandoned him and left him to be tortured by joker. All he wants is to take all that pain and suffering he felt and inflict it on the person he blames.
