    Losing is fine. But the lack of culture and professionalism is a problem. The Cavs and Thunder were young and bad but the players weren’t doing stuff like this and the orgs provided more structure then what the Rockets are doing rn

    All I gotta say is Jalen Green needs a Veteran to learn from. I’m a Cavs fan and once Ricky Rubio teamed up with Darius Garland he became an All Star just saying 🤷🏽‍♂️ like the talent is there he just needs a mentor rn. Highly believe Green will be an All Star in the future but figuring it out ASAP should definitely be the key.

      Hold up fam. It’s mentality too. DG did not have Jalen Green’s mentality even before Rubio got there. DG coming from a household with an NBA father did a lot for him in that instance. Man was not posting his fits after getting blown out. That’s a different mentality, Wall and Gordon were vets trying to tell them boys stuff they just don’t want to listen

    • @Rhude_tiller
      @Rhude_tiller Рік тому +17

      @@darrellwilliams9168 yeah a lot of things could be a factor like you said but DG being rated the worst player in his Rookie/Sophomore Season and then breaking out, I could see it turning out for Green as well. But it’s definitely worth another try to have a veteran for Green jus sayin.

      @@Rhude_tiller he has had vets though. They don’t listen. He has to change his mentality. Are Wall and Gordon not vets now? Before DG even got Rubio he was already on the upswing. The second half of his sophomore year he was always going there. I’m not saying Green is hopeless I’m saying the difference between the 2 is mentality not him just having a vet. He has had that already, he has to actually change his mindset to listen to them

    They could also use Advanced plus minus since box plus minus doesn’t account for who’s on the floor hence why Rodman’s BPM is very high compared to MJ but when adjusted it’s much lower because he spent most of his time on the floor with the starters which would help your BPM get higher. There’s no perfect stat but adjusted ones are usually better than the raw ones. Its something more commonly used in baseball because of how different stadiums and era’s affect stats.

      That team has shooters they gotta move the ball. I don’t know if 7 seconds or less will work with this roster though. The guards not good enough

    i mean, as a Hornets fan, we needed to give away plumlee to develop our young Centers (mark,Nick) and i feel like we gave away plumlee at his peak so we'd get more in return and have space to sign back in Miles at march. Hornets aren't at a great spot due to early injuries in the season but at least we try to aim to have a winning cluture at times. The rockets are the complete opposite of that and they really do not have a winning culture at all same goes to detroit.

    All I’m saying is the Hornets have a legit chance to be a problem. If they get Victor, him, Lamelo and Washington are nice af. Gut the rest of the team and put in some real young pieces around em and you have a team that can compete for the next decade

    I would say there is 2 types of empty stats
    1. Being a good player that could contribute to a winning team as a 2nd or 3rd option but choose to be a number 1 on a team and make that bag i.e Carmelo or Bradley Beal
    2. You average a good amount on a shitty team because you are one of their only options as a number one guy, or just that they are trying anyone that might make them not look like a complete joke. You could be a high draft pick or someone with potential, but usually end up a bust or just a really good role player and depending on expectations also a bust. There's a plethora of players like this

    Only 5 minutes in so dont cook me, but its one thing for a team or franchise to be tanking, but its another thing to have players who literally have no professionalism, vets trying to talk to them dont work and they refuse to even adhere to what the coach is saying, that kind of toxic environment will be a franchise killer because what if every young player that goes there plays the “well if he can get away with me, whats gonna stop me”
