Listing with a great agent is always in the best interest of the seller.
they weren’t ripped out lol, he was looking out for his client. not his fault the seller decided to be dumb and “save money”
? His agent was representing the buyer, in that he did what was best for HIS client
Great video! What if they are overpriced already (as many fsbos are)? How can you “show” them how working with you will make them more money?
It seems a realistic conversation would be to tell them they will need to drop their price and still pay 5-6% in commissions. That’s how most conversations would go I would think. Thoughts?

What happens when you get to the final prequal question and you ask if what you say makes sense, would they consider working with you - and they say, not yet. They are still going to wait a certain amount of time? Go back through financial benefits? How do we best create urgency without being pushy?

I see you are a real estate agent. At this time I am not interested in using real estate agent services. I have close friends and even my son who are in the real estate business and I preferred to sell the condo myself. The gain I will make is too small to divide it with someone else. This is not the first property I sell by myself.
Jackie- i love your style, never let them feel they are wrong, guide them there through script, take their teperature with questions, keep them engaged- leading them down the path to meeting, sharp angle question, if i can show you hhow to net more, will you go with it.........

Jackie, thank you so much for all that you do. I have a question about the prequalification. In my mind it seems like pre-qualifying will frustrate the seller and run them away because it’s taking too much time. Do you ever run into that situation?
It will only frustrate the seller if you sound scripted, are not in rapport, and don't have the communication skills to engage them.
