We finished out the inside and painted everything over a couple of months and did the electric and plumbing in two or three weekend. As you can see we just worked on it in our spare time and took around 6 months. I f you dedicated yourself to this everyday you could have it finished completely in 2 or three weeks maybe

Hey thanks for watching. We purchased most of the lumber during the crazy spike in prices around Covid timeframe so our prices were pretty high. On top of that I don’t really remember how much it cost lol. Best guess for everything including the 16x16 deck it sits on was around $5k?
