    I've had knee pains for twenty years or more actually since car accident I'll try this as doing bjj it's sore or achy not sure which one but it hurts thanks

    I have severely restricted patellar mobility up and down, with some grinding, when I manually move my kneecap with my hands. no issues side to side. Will this help fix my problem?

    Any advice for chronic Patella Tendonitis (achyness during jumping) assuming we have corrected any improper movement patterns?

    I have arthritis in both knees and multiple years in each meniscus. I can spin on my bike but can't push heavy gears or stand.
    How still this work for me?

      Yep! It's a wonderful book full of tools for proper movement. If you like that book check out "Ready to Run". It's less of a textbook but discribes the 12 standards every runner should follow to stay a supple leopard runner!

    how if any, does this change if ROM is severely limited at 95

      making the movements much smaller and little more dynamic (less static hold) can help accommodate the lessened ROM there.

    If you can sit all the way down you don't have that much of a knee problem.

      I can sit all the way down but feel pain when starting to move up from the bottom. These are things I've been doing for a while and they help alleviate or prevent the pain. I've neglected them lately
