Second video I have seen (first on Baker’s Cyst), can’t wait to try! Again, simple yet thorough explanation, best PT channel I’ve found so far and I’ve seen A LOT!!!
Hi Grant! I would like to give this a go. I have followed amazon link you provided and there are options. either 2 x medium strength bands or 1 each of medium and heavy strength. What do you recommend? Is the heavy more suited to a male and i will probably not need this? Thanks in advance!
Hey Terri! The medium and heavy might be worthwhile to give you a different level. You only really need the one at any one time but might be worth having another for variety. Depends on what you're hoping to do!
Voodoo floss is generally very safe and effective for those issues as it’s a more superficial compression. If you have any concerns please have someone assess you first so that you can have the most appropriate advice
Tried it, agree it feels looser afterwards. But I'm wondering if it's a bit like that feeling when you press your arms against a doorframe and afterwards they feel like they want to rise up.
How did you find the voodoo floss technique? Hope it makes a difference to your symptoms!
I think you first person I saw explains floss bands was Kerry Starred. It does help with some of the exercises I do. Thanks

It really depends on a person symptoms, and the specific needs. Typically, at least once a day can be really helpful.
