Every thing she does is wonderful and her performances can be classified by what level of greatness they are on. This particular performance is above the clouds and is mixing with the stars. When we listen to her sing, "If this is my last night with you", the tone of her voice is literally off the charts. We feel the drama of what the woman in the song is feeling, the courage, the warmth, the thanks and the thought of remembering the past with a love in her heart which will never disappear. The tone of Angelina's voice brings tears to the eyes of anyone listening to her sing the story of 'All I Ask'.

Angelina showed her weapons with all the genius that has accompanied her since her performance of "I who have nothing" at the age of 6/7, not to mention her magnificent performance of "You Say", at the same age of 15.
Adele is great. However, Angelina uncovers another song with her magical touch, it just sounds better with her vocals and she is just sitting there and nails it, the difficulty in singing while sitting should not be glossed over! But Angelina is fast approaching Adele in the songwriting area too - see: What is Life, Million Miles, 7th Heaven, Bad Valentine, Thank You, and her most Adele-like song yet, What Am I to You. All by age 18, and she's just getting started. Just unreal. What a gift to be along for the ride.
I have a Top 57 list. This is in the top 13. How can anyone sing this Adele song any better? And I believe she was only 15 years old. This was still early in her career, just a few years in. Her voice is like an acrobat doing impossible gymnastics. Like it was nothing. I'm amazed by her voice. She is real, not AI or auto tuned at all. Too bad that people no longer are able to recognize the real deal. She is it.

As you said Adele is a great singer but when it comes to projecting emotion, storytelling, timber and texture Angelina is on a totally another level (sorry Adele fans). At such a young age, Angelina has a depth and nuances in her lower and upper range that Adele just doesn't have. Simply awe inspiring! The same happens in Angelina's performance of "Easy on Me" where her jazz/soul roots stand out from Adele's version. BTW, "All I ask" was written by Adele, Bruno Mars, Philip Lawrence and Christopher Brody Brown. There's a funny story that says Bruno didn't like the line "Take me by the hand while we do what lovers do" and had a huge disagreement with the rest of the writers about it but finally agreed to include it. Angelina sings it with a sweetness and "musical intuition" (if that's even a thing lol) that truly stands out way beyond her years.
Aaron - IMO this where Angelina first introduced this unique, rich texture to her voice -- and I don't think she has used it in any other song again. One of the shocking things about the texture is that it remains even through most of the higher notes of her belting! Higher notes tend to be sung "purer" with little if any texture -- but not by Angelina in this song.
She is so good that I believe she will rewrite Music History and become a Music Legend.. Adele is one of the best but nobody can emit the emotion and soul of a song like Angelina. I think she reads the lyrics first before listening to the song. In this way she can understand the feeling and emotion the artist wants to convey. Then she arranges it to be able to dramatically convey the feeling and emotion to us. She takes iconic songs and makes them Angelina songs. Her vocals, tones and smokiness do the rest. Yes -- IMO one of AJ's best. The riff in the 2nd verse is just insanely good. And AJ is 15. And YES, AJ is absolutely polyphonic in her belts -- great, great ear, AA. Her vibrato is sometimes so quick and so clean that she creates her own harmonics, like blowing through multiple holes in a harmonica at the same time.

There are times throughout her career where I thought I heard two tones, one much higher and barely audible. I never researched it and did not know the term - polyphonic. I'm happy to know I'm not the only one.😬
I believe she did this discover only a day or so after Adele released the song. Not as though she had tons of time to rework the song. Much richer than the original. No comparison ❤❤👣❤❤

Almost any performance of AJ is at least good and special, but some are exquise! Like this version of All I ask. Everything falls in place when she sings it! She is a top musician with a more than beautiful voice!
I like her with Rob Christi but her break with Republic needs to happen if it hasn't already. They have done nothing for her that I can see. She has been looked over......for who I don't know, but she has been put on a back burner and seemingly forgotten. It is ( or will be) their loss, that' for sure !

The only Adele songs I will choice to listen to Adele's version are the ones Angelina has not covered! Once Angelina puts her twist on the song it no longer belongs to Adele! As great as Adele is, Angelina is even better in so many ways!
Almost any performance of AJ is at least good and special, but some are exquise! Like this version of All I ask. Everything falls in place when she sings it! She is a top musician with a more than beautiful voice!

I like her with Rob Christi but her break with Republic needs to happen if it hasn't already. They have done nothing for her that I can see. She has been looked over......for who I don't know, but she has been put on a back burner and seemingly forgotten. It is ( or will be) their loss, that' for sure !
