    Those darn trees though... lol
    Next up, Lee will build the Big Drak to complete his Ritewing fleet and all will be well and complete in the Painless 360 - Drak series. 😁 (we can hope 🙏)
    All the best to you, Lee! 🔥

    Great series I started with inav 3 year's ago and have still yet to fly with it.
    Nobody ever seems to do a radio set up as in what switches you need and how to set them up rth and the best order to have them.

    Hey - what's your opinion on this (with the 40" wings) vs the AtomRC dolphin? I'm keen to get this style of airframe to replace my S800 at some point, and they both seem fairly similar - thought you'd be the best person to compare to them.

    • @Painless360
      @Painless360  2 роки тому

      They may look similar but are very different to fly. Obviously the motor and prop you use make a big difference but for mine here..
      The Dolphin is very floaty but stable. Capable of flying from 15-80mph and very quiet and efficient. It has loads of room inside for batteries and modern electronics including action cameras. It is easy to build and a fantastic all rounder as well as being cheaper to buy.
      The Mini Drak is louder, faster, less efficient with less room for modern electronics and no obvious room for action cameras. It can't float in the same way and is a lot more complex to build and much more expensive to buy. But, for fast and locked in flying for experienced pilots - it is hard to beat!

    A little late to your video but I just finish my build and tried a maiden launch. Didn’t work out too well. This plane is so heavy. I am using a 4s 2200 with the default ritewing 2212-2450KV motor. Any helpful hints on a hand launch?

    Quick question Lee, I may have missed it but where did you end up with the CG on this build? I have the exac same with 40" wings, no boom tail and I am finding quite a few different opinions on the right CG. Your help would be appreciated!
