Simply and very explanatory video. I never watched a video review so short and so informative. Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Best review ever! Short and very informative thank you..
Fantastic instruction!
Thank you so much :)
A banjo with wheels. Wow what a big difference that makes. I’ve never seen one been run at that pace. Really cool just a couple of wheels can be a game changer. Kinda sucks no blade to cut the tape tho but again still prolly much faster because of the wheels.
Que genial, pero con la menera que instalan los tabiques en Chile es difícil encontrar planchas de volcanita a si de parejas...
how many flat tape can i do with one fill about 6” size thanks
This is so awesome. Never knew it existed. Thanks for sharing. ☺☺☺
FART
I get alot of run out makes a mess and my mud is about the same consistency as yours maybe I'm overfilling??
Hi Sir,
I am using banjo or this machine but I am wondering why when we use this machine we don't use glue just fanatura. But If I plaster with hand first code is going to be glue and second code is fanatura?
Excelent Thank you man...
I have the oriinal delko banjo. This looks like a good improvement.
Also do you have a video on second coat mud for inside corners. I struggle it seems getting a good coat. I started doing opposites, So as not to get the corner rough from the knife grabbing the fresh mud. Maybe I need a Flusher for the inside corners. That way I can apply mud to both sides. Great simple vids.
A roller and a couple flusher heads would be the greatest investment you've ever made. Look up the can-am nycor flusher set, very affordable but leaves a superior finish compared to anything that could be done by hand
Do you use the same mud for taping and texture?
Sir from where i can buy this item and what is the price thanks
Hi man where are you buying the fiberglass roll from? Can you put a link to buy online
Very nice I need this in germany
How to purchase this Kit?
Nice video. another tip would be to use a seringe to fill the banjo, keep it factory or remove the cone for easier fillings.
Takes me seconds to fill it with my tube.
Hello, sir. Can I share this video on my shop website?
Beautiful brother, how do I get one?
I think what this tool is missing is a hole on the very bottom so you could use a pump to pump mud into the bottom and should push the tape back to the top while filling instead of opening it all the time
Perfect!
Excuse me. question where I can find that tools.
cool tool
Congratulations.👍
Do do walls flats then inside corner's then ceiling
Nice !!!
How many jobs will this banjo last for I have heard only a few the plastic tabs break off easy.
Whaaa? Cordless mixer? I want, I want! How do you like? Do you find the fibafuse wears out the Zunder? Mine has little grooves in it from only a couple rolls of fibafuse. Love that stuff for patches though, fantastic stuff!
The Milwaukee Cordless Mixer is our favourite power from last year hands down. absolutely love it
@@drywallnation How many boxes will it mix at a time on a charge just wanted to make sure that it would be worth the money thanks again.
The paper also wears this tool, but by the time the tool is destroyed at least a few hundred rolls will suffice. Definitely worth the money.
how can i get one ?
I know this is a 3 yr old video, but if the tape is hard to dispense, does that mean the mud needs to be thinned more?
I know this is an old question .... but yes you need a quality roll that is not easily torn. I tried with the local stuff and it just does not work. I will continue to work with this tool only with paper until I find a quality roll. And I only put the fiberglass cylinder manually.
Yes. Thin it.
Where can I buy that banjo????
I prefer a bazooka ,, yet the banko is way better than nothing I guess ,I'm old school I've taped for 15 years w just a pan and knife note I was younger then , the bazooka is a life saver Indeed , to think I used to tape bed coat entire house with pan and knife and so many other people also hats off to yuall good information thanks for video
Bazooka is definitely the faster and the better way. Especially for large jobs. Banjo is ok for small jobs in my experience.
Very good and neat work And you look like Mark the owner of Facebook
Thxs for the video. Do you think this would be faster than a super taper?
I have this banjo, a bazooka, and a super taper. The the banjo is slow but clean. The super taper is the fastest, fast but messy on hands and clothing, But when no ones looking, fast is all that matters.
@@Interior_Works thxs yea thats all we been using. I agree its supper messy.
There ya go
Thanks!
Muito bom

I am wondering why the butted seams aren't staggered on the walls?
easier to tape would be my guess.
@@24revealer its not easier to finish though, takes more time and mud. Always stagger your butted seams.
Staggering also adds strength to the joins
same...
Cause the boardmen are hacks. Jk over hear they have to.
Great for the internals but on flat joints we only use Skrim fibre tape for the flat joints in the UK
good for you..
@@stephenc4161 that’s his opinion on where he’s from. Why you hating old head? 😂😂 don’t know about different climates, different mud, compounds (WHATS IN THE MUD)? Learn new things, always. Don’t be so stuck in your own ways. Smfh.

@@DelkoTools in USA? Where I can buy this tool?
Good idea ! But there are questions about the mixture and tape . Are there representatives in Russia ?
Not yet. Email info@delkotools.com.au
fibrefuse? never seen that before. Must work wonders to have professionals like you guys using it. Just never seen it in our area
Just got my first roll of it! bonds with mud much better than paper only thing is it can be kinda of annoying to rip but much easier to work with than paper
In europe here we are using fiber above tape, thing is fiber is really soft and you need to be carefull, especially if you go with corners, i would do tuff taoe corners and rest with fiber because it s actually really easy to work with
@@1988josip agreed my man

Can I use a mesh tape instead of paper tipe with that tool ?
No mesh tape requires you use hot mud or quick dry mud on the first coat
A mi me duro 1 mes
Ahora tengo q comprar la piesa donde van las rueditas
Aprende a trabajar y no a dañar la herramienta 😂😂
Круто. Молодец
I've used mine a couple times and while it does save me some times, I'm actually struggling with the tool, I can't use rolls of paper that are 250' feet long because pulling it is simply too hard so I have to use 75' rolls which isn't nice. It seems to be easier with the FIBA tape but I still struggle pulling the tape. I do mix my mud fairly soupy, so I don't think that's that's problem. Maybe someone can give me a trick. Like I'm literally fighting with the tool and the paper sometimes.
Mud is still too thick. I can almost guarantee that's the issue.
hold the tape with your finger
How can u fit a 75 ft roll in there without it falling out? This this is not at all designed for paper tape
How to I get the crease on the right side when using paper tape.?
Flip your roll of tape the other way on the back of the tool.
@@drywallnation thxs I'll try that tomorrow. It's was messing with my mind ..not sure why🤣
Never understood why the zunder eliminated the cutter
Hey man what is the name of that tool please. Great video.
ZUNDER by Delko Tools www.delkotools.com.au/
I still struggle with the tape disappearing back into the banjo when I cut it with the 6 inch.. Especially in the corners
Try mixing your mud a little thinner and don't cut the tape so close to the mouth so that even if it does pull back a bit you're not loosing it into the banjo
@@drywallnation It’s the overhead cut offs I find the tape is hard to rip off. I have to say for 75 bucks it does worth pretty good. I’m in the Reno biz. So bathroom and Kitchens its got its place. I luv to have a 10 inch box. But having a pump is just to much of an investment and cleanup after use. I’m not going from job to job taping.
@@BZ1340well if you already know cause you bought the pump what's the issue now
No prefilling the joints?
Prefilling is must, otherwise it will shrunk in itself, i use Uniflott from Knauf ,top material, and dry fast if you have 60m2 roof when you finish it you can go and do 2nd coat
Donde venden esa erramienta y como se llama
Venden una en home Depot,o la puedes ordenar por internet,
Elmar Perez busca como taping tool
With machine it don't fill the gap between board it's not proper way fist apply component between gaps and then apply tape
No cutter. The tape gets stuck no matter how runny it is. Hot garbage. You gotta carry around knife then the handle of the knife gets messy. If you mess up the cut the tape gets cut inside the banjo then you gotta open it and leaves a huge mess. Way too much work for what it's work.
more water in an air drying compound means more shrinkage

Its still a good investment considering a bazooka is like 10x the prize
О разбежке не слышали такой длины не разшитые швы потрещат быстро
Do yourself a favor don’t use fibafuse for angles. It does ok for flats but you make sure there are no gaps in the hanging or you will get air pockets where paper sucks into smaller gaps when compound dries. The fibafuse is more ridgid. And wear a dust mask if you’re using the Fibafuse you can see the fiberglass floating around in the air. Also 500 foot roll won’t fit on your banjo it’s about 12 inch diameter.
Why should I use Fibafuse over paper tape?
In europe it s mostly used, for corners i would go with tuff tape because even with tape you need to be carefull not to damage it
@@1988josip 2year later I've kind found my equilibrium with fibafuse. It's my go to for patches since it's so thin. Most of the time I use it for buts and flats. Still use paper tape for angles.
I do still have some reservations on just how strong it's vs paper, but haven't had any problems yet
@@bobcougar77 problem with tape are bubbles, you need to be very carefull to push all bubbles out with fiber it s easy
@@1988josip agreed. But I grew up with tape, I rarely have troubles.... Although I do screw up every now and then!
Dlaczego płyty nie na mijanke?
bo to jest murica ;)
Still having trouble getting used to carrying a knife with me.:)
Šašku
Inside of the corners.?????!!!!!....not fibafuse...very bad....just the paper
It works great in corners, just takes some practice
May be , but i prefer paper tape, i like to do a safe job...100%
@@rpmtheh7066 fibafuse is fine also but you need to be more carefull since it s more sensitive to damage
No pre-Filling? 😡
You talking about prefilling the seams? Some drywallers durabond fill the seams before tape. Then others who are lazy, just start out with tape.
I purchased this tool and I was very displeased. Mabey with the FIBA fuse it's better but we don't use that product in the st Louis region it's not at all reliable and honestly don't know why anyone likes it but I guess with heavy texture you can get away with it. Anyone who tapes every day at a very high level of production will instantly regret this tool. Can't do small tabs or really short runs
ช่างไทยเก่งกว่าเยอะ
No cutter? No thanks
Drywall Experts primadonna
Garbage.
Buy a bazooka.
im faster and cleaner on a banjo than a bozoka
Fibafuse is NOT suppose to go in corners or angles lol thats some armature shit
Bullshit...Only an amateur would think that.
I’ve been using it for corners for years now.
Blows away paper tape because no risk of bubbles.
