Hallo Walter, es sollte noch erwähnt werden, dass das so nur bei neuen Kontakten funktionert. Haben die Kontate schon einen leichten Krater, ist der Abstand zu groß, wenn man die Fühlerblattlehre ganz hindurchsteckt. Da darf man nur am Rand des Kontaktplättchens "fühlen". Gruß Holger
Hello Walter. My ignition is timed to 2,1-2,2mm before top! The ignition plate is as far i know from noris and the breaker points is like yours from noris, but the polrad is from bosch. Anyway i set the point gap to 0,4mm at full opening and the ignition before top is 2,1-2,2mm. Is is okay that the points is 0,4mm open, when the manual says it should be open between 0,2-0,3 does it do anything? Also is it bad that i have a Bosch polrad when the back plate and breaker points is from noris? I tried to put the point gap to 0,3mm but then the vor zundung only was at 1,8-1,9mm before top, which is to late but when the point gap is 0,4mm the vor zundung is 2,1mm before top? Hope you have some good advice for this? Ps you Said in your video that you set the point gap to 0,4mm so i am assumimg that i wont do anything bad if the point gap is 0,4mm instead of 0,3mm? Hello Lars, it is everything OK as you mentioned it in your question. The ignition time must be 2,1 - 2,3 mm before top and breaker points must be 0,4mm (from Zündapp Mopeds for a better spark). Greetings
Hello mine is a Nsu quickly timing is at 2,2mm before top but the points is 0,4mm open i cant make them 0,3mm open like the Nsu manual says because if they are 0,3mm open the timing is only 1,7mm before top and even if i turn the back plate all the Way to the right the timing is still 1,7mm before top when the points gap is 0,3mm i just dont know why i cant set the points as the manual says and still have 2,2mm ignition before top….
@@TN-pg8et okay wont dp anything more to it then it runs perfect and starts at first try at the pedals even after standing still for a week! But was just courious why i could not set it to 0,3mm and get the right timing… In your video did you set your points to a gap of 0,4mm on your quickly motor also?

Das ist schon richtig. Ich denke aber wenn sie so verschlissen sind, sollte man den Kontakt doch erneuern. Oder nochmal mit Schleifpapier bearbeiten.

When your Quickly runs well, it is all OK then I think.
