- When you cook for a living, it’s not surprising that when the holidays come around you’d be called upon to the kitchen. Some may find it annoying but I actually really enjoy it.
Aside from the amazing help and culinary skills they provide, my family is the reason I am where I am today! Without their unwavering support and encouragement to follow my passion for food I wouldn’t get to do what I love. And for that, they definitely deserve the best - even if it means working overtime when I’m definitely tired and ready for a break. ❤️ - Навчання та стиль

Most Italians eat the fish on Christmas eve not Christmas day. Why wouldn't you start your sauce the day before? Save yourself a lot of work on the day. 😊
