I'm only 12 but I'm really interested In becoming a chef so first how would you recommend getting the money for culinary school and what qualifications do need to enter le cordon bleu. Lastly, what course is it best to take if you want to master knife skills, mother sauces, master cooking meat fish etc. And how to do stuff like bone a fish and pick meat from lobsters etc. If anyone can answer please do. Also learn how to bake bread and stuff. Finally what qualifications do u need from college and university to come

Diploma are for those who want to do it as a hobby
If you want to do it in a professional way and build your life income with it then graduate in hotel management and masters in culinary

I am far from this level of culinary skills, I am only 18 and I work part time in a restaurant as a line cook - mainly on starters. We are a chain restraunt hence me referring to myself as a cook and not a chef. It is a rewarding career but you must be aware of the Very long hours in a stressful environment, depending on where you work it could be 12 hour shifts or more. Plus unless you get to a high level the pay is not exactly rewarding especially for the amount of work and hours. I am not trying to deter you, I think it is an good career prospect but be aware of what you are going into. Your still a long way away

@@nkhanna13 it depends on country i live in England and this is the most notorious course when it comes to the highest level of classroom based learning. There may be other options which are more technical but they don’t have the same reputation and therefore don’t look as good on a cv

    Beautiful school.
But the heavy French accent of the narrator is extremely difficult to understand. Maybe have a Frenchman narrate the videos in French, and have a native Brit/,American/or Aussie narrate the English version...?

Really?...wow!..I was even raised in England or America and I understood perfectly what he was saying. Maybe you should spend a few months in NYC...your English will improve a lot.
