Hi Nerida wondering if you have experienced with olive oil cleaning extra virgin of course, am 46 years old and my acne journey started when I was 12 always in different spots first chin the nose then forehead etc in my mid 30s researching adult acne came across a video of a facialist and he was asked if didn't have money for facials or dermatologist what would you recommend for acne and milia he recommended extra virgin 🫒 daily for 10 minutes and it worked got rid of acne milia and black heads like magic am always telling anyone who would listen it's inexpensive and effective in two weeks you noticed the difference
