Always hit a like for everyone who makes a video and shares there life, hobbies etc… takes a lot to put one’s self out there and just the whole video making process isn’t easy at all either, which is why I give that 👍🏽 , only time I won’t is when it’s click bait.
Mike missed the Clark Griswold opportunity to say, "fixed the newel post!" after taking the Stihl to it. Congrats on the new outdoor kitchen, Mike! Well deserved. Always learning something watching you think through projects.
I could watch this for hours! So nice of you Matt to sponsor the outdoor kitchen for Mike. He deserves it! He's tough, he fought off the bear in Helen! Everyone should go watch the remodeling of the Helen house. It was a great series!
Well deserved with all the hard work Mike does. Mike makes it happen! Look forward to every video he is in with his wealth of knowledge. Mike deserves the world!
In that corner, of the closet, you could do a tiered shelf for racing helmets between the windows(I don't know measurements so i don't know if it would fit, but just an idea
Love seeing these videos Matt, sent over here from LZs channel and im enjoying this. I know its alot of work but it will be worth it in the end. You guys are doing great work!
These videos could be 2 hours long and I’d watch every second. I have a couple friends who are very particular about their garage and cars that I’ve turned on to the channel and they freaking love it also. Keep up the great work OG team.
Last episode was LZ, now Matt is channeling his inner Mr. Beast haha! Such a nice gesture to gift Mike an OG outdoor kitchen. These two guys make a great team 👍🏽
The final clean up on the tile by hand in all the corners is going to take as long as all the bull tile removal! Just keep pushing forward! One foot in front of another!
A small tile machine like he mentioned shouldn't be terrible.....at least not as bad as using a demolition hammer or air hammer with no wheels, or actually using a hammer and chisel by hand.
On the 36 in the closet make the first 36-42 inches a work table for folding clothes/packing is an idea I had come to mind. Also possibility of using under the work area suitcase storage
That was awesome seeing Mike realize it was his place! Love the work you guys consistently crank out. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and God bless
we're all with you on the obsessions been watching since the first outdoor wash bays love the remodel stuff I'm a pro plumber but live in Ontario Canada can't help ya out
Matt, for the walk-in closet you need to think about highlighting Hats, Watches, and sunglasses in some form of display cases. Oh, and maybe also Kicks!
as a huge audio nerd myself i love yall putting that attention to detail in there! while i dont have anything that crazy i have a 7.2 klipsch/polk audio surround sound that i absolutely love. the missing piece is a 4k reciever that I gotta save up for. for now the OG yamaha reciever has been through its paces and i definitely wont complain about it lol. once i get my own place i wanna mess around with built in speakers/connecting everything thru sonos or one of those companys so i can have the entire house wired.
So much strange tech going on in that place.. Jank fiber optic setup in the front closet, thermostat on the stairway, bose outdoor speaker in the bathroom.. Digging the series can't wait to see more
Damn this is the year of OG. Feel the last few months you guys have stepped up, Matt seems way happier now probably a result of his working out and routine, it’s showing in the videos and the quality as usual is top job!
Matt your obsessions make this project so interesting. I've seen your spaces and your attention to detail. And your visions and knowledge will really make Adam's place look sleek. I'm excited to see the outcome. I'm here for it.
@@LarryKay41510 I like to say everyone has OCD in one way or another. I used to be very specific about my hotwheels setup too. Used to have a little hangout under my bunk bed.
I feel like a budget build garage series would be cool. I love all your videos I just can’t afford the big boy products yet. I feel like a lot of Adam’s subs fit that category. A lot of mid to late 20 year olds not yet financially ready to go all out in a garage but still want some good products without breaking the bank until we can build the dream garage.
Man there's a whole lot of demo I never expected going on here! I love watching stuff like this. Also, looking forward to seeing that outdoor kitchen series! Congrats Mike!
Mike is such a great guy he deserves to enjoy the fruits too! Seeing this reaction was a real moment between friends! Great stuff Matt! Can’t wait to see the content!
Matt, I have been following you a long time on and off. I found you when you first appeared on Adams channel. This series has me hooked! Watching everything right when it drops and I have fallen off UA-cam the past year or so. Great energy and this house was so weird that I am stoked to see the finished product. Could you give an update on the wood on the ceiling. Does it have mold, is it coming down, is it good to go?
The house sat for about 5+ years with A/C off, so that contributed to the mold exterior. That certainly contributed some. I had a similar issue in my last house that had tongue and groove ceiling. The vaulted ceiling ends ups with quite a bit of condensation due to the warm interior air and humidity rising then the really hot air seeping through the cracks of the tongue and groove. I use an infrared camera where you can see the hot air coming through. That warm humid interior air comes in contact with the really hot attic air, and you get condensation on the ceiling surface. We will do several things. First is the clean the surface, then prime it with an oil based prime with mold killing agent (Kilz). After that, we caulk every single joint, and finish paint. Then I'll put a 96" fan in the center of the peak and leave it on at all times on low setting to help keep the air circulating.
@@ObsessedGarage always has a plan. Thanks for explaining this. I can't help from thinking about that ceiling every-time I watch a video that shows it.
Really like the content. And I love home rebuild projects!! I guess you don't need a general contractor license in Florida. Might have to move there!!!
I was introduced to Matt and Obsessed Garage through Adams Channel when he had the house with the indoor/outdoor garage developing the wall power washer. He also just bought the S2000. Great Channel!

I've heard that more comments help too!
I'm down. But they have almost half a million subscribers. they're doing ok.

I thought the exact same thing when I saw that part 😂
Mike is probably too young to know that reference ;)
