I would say if you want it, don't waste the tickets, it's a mini box that is half off currently so 10 packs are 250 gems. But I mean, if you've played long enough and have all the staples it's up to you.

Should I make sure to get 4 Balderoch? I'm on my 2nd box opening and it's the only missing UR/SR and there's 30 packs left. I wanna save gems but worried if I skip it, I might need 3 copies someday and can't get it.
