tearlaments is actually a pretty fun, interactive and skill-testing deck that doesn't try to stop you from playing unlike most combo-fest decks on the past couple of years i just wish there were more decks worth playing than it
Speaking of Tearlaments I hate them because I'm a Skullservant and Lightsworn player. They manipulate the living crap out of my graveyard which is not fun but I can overlook that in some points but their fusion summoning spamming on my turn I dislike the MOST.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about, im having more fun with Yugioh than ever. I just punch in my debit card numbers online and cards show up in the mail, it’s so exciting!
I’ve seen people call Runik a budget deck, I look at the price of Fountain and Tip, and it’s like “Are you sure about that?”. Like, I’m willing to sometimes pay $20 for a one-of ED staple (ex: Zeus), but stuff like the Bystials, Fenrir, Pot of Prosperity…yeah I’m good.
Everything after Dad format up to 2017 was good with exceptions like tier 0 formats such as Dragon Ruler and others After that the powercreep was just too strong, core game mechanics died such as card adventage, comeback, drawing for turn multiple times troughout the duel, playing slower cards that trigger in the end phase for adventage Remember when you couldnt play your entire hand and you had to make desicions which monster will you normal summon this turn. Back when comebacks were possible and your opponent dosent go main phase 2 after breaking your board to link the remaining monsters for Appolusa
@@mekklord Links are fine they are doing very good in DL the mechanic itself isnt really the issue as much as the crazy link monsters they released like Crystron Halq or Electrumite When Link monsters become so generic that they end up being a core part of every deck is when you have an issue Like the Phoneix into Unicron into Acesscode combo Unicron would be a lot better in DL if we had a good link 4. After the effect you are left with 2200 beater and it only takes one more monster to make something massive

@@mekklord Yeah, but it wasn't overpowering dominant. It was the fun, highrolly deck that was still very interactive and fun, and is to this day. I think it very much explicitly the Ishizu cards that are the major problem. However, I do agree that ishizu tear is a major problem. As good as a skill intensive deck that let's you play the game mostly is, it's still tier 0 for a reason.
Yugioh has been dead for years our store just lost official tournaments because nobody’s been showing up for months to play because everybody’s moving onto older formats and playing with friends. They’re tired of this pay to win meta-slave crap.
I got really bored of yugioh.. like the cards nowadays are to OP.. introducing link and xyz monsters into the game was obviously a mistake... those cards are to good to exist.. old yugioh was way better than current.. yugioh now sucks donkey balls.. its kinda sad yugioh used to be a great card game but it sucks now..

I disagree on tear. Tear only became cancer with the inclusion of the ishizu cards. Tear wasn't tier 0 until those cards came
