Times are changing and we are fortunate to have better access to more information. We certainly shouldn't be anymore critical than we are compassionate and patient towards people that contribute to this. By leading by example we can ignite a powerful message! Let's keep on doing our part and showing others. That's what's important 💯😃

Went last week and Sao beach was disgusting, covered end to end in tonnes of rubbish, even saw a couple needles. We left very quickly! Best beaches for us were ong lang and the lower half of long beach which were largely rubbish free to be fair. Other than that we would not recommend visiting Phu Quoc sadly as there was just too much construction and rubbish everywhere.

Vietnam has very good and amazing culture. But we are poor. People leave country because they dont believe in the government. However, i hope one day, Vietnam can have a better economic and education not just about studying well. Vietnameses are studying excellent but they are not taught accurately about keeping the environment.

I was wondering why fishboats in southeast Asia are always blue and red while in Europe are white?

I'm from America but I still have family members who still live in Phu Quoc island I had the honor to learn from my grandmother that my family's lineage on that island dates back to late 1800 - French Indochina era. I visited in 2019 and man I love the beaches there but I also remember the garbage. I picked up after myself but the beaches mostly in the southern part of the island was littered with garbage. Ong Lang was probably the cleanest and definitely a lot quieter area for me also. My family and relatives there said most of the local islanders go to Ong Lang beach, they mentioned if you see asians in the southern part of the island at the beaches it's because majority of those people are tourist from some other asian country and Viets from the mainland on there vacation. Thank you for helping keep the beach clean we need more tourist like you guy's.
