Is it REALLY a Problem?

  • When things happen in our life that were not happy with, we tend to label them as problems. When we feel that we have a problem, the thought of having a problem alot of times gets us stressed out or makes us feel negative emotions.
The real truth of the matter the label "problem" is just a label or judgement we put on something or event. Its just an event. Something that happened. This event may have an undesired outcome from it right now, which is why we would label it as a problem, but that doesn't mean that nothing good will come from it.
When we really take a close look at the things that happen in our lives and what events lead up to those things, we will often find that good things happen from bad events AND bad things happen from good events.
There are no reasons to say that an event is a problem and get all worked up about it bc chances are something good could come from it. If you get upset and stressed bc you think your life has all these problems, this will put you in a negative state of mind and now you are more likely to see other things as problems making you more negative and stressed. You don't want to be caught up in a downward spiral of negative thoughts.
Think of the example of the glass of water filled half way. You can either see it as HALF EMPTY, or HALF FULL. Both answers are correct, its just what you decide you want to see it as.
The most important thing in life is to be happy and if you can see that your so called problems are really just events that happen and something good will come out of it (even if its a lesson that you needed to learn, that is also consider a good thing) then you can live in joyful state and enjoy life much more.
We are completely in charge of our perception of our life, its up to us to decide how we want to view and experience our life. IF WE FEEL THAT BAD THINGS ARE ALWAYS HAPPENNING TO US, THEN THAT WILL BE OUR EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE. IF WE FEEL THAT GOOD THINGS ARE ALWAYS HAPPENING TO US, THEN WE WILL LEARN TO SEE THE GOOD IN ALL SITUATIONS AND OUR LIFE WILL BE MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE. The decision is up to us.

This is how I try to live life, even when a situation like mike explains.... just live life and try to find positives. As my grandparents taught me Don't let no one or nothing live rent free in your mind.

Life is like seasons or waves. The only constant in life is change, just like good moments, bad moments must come to an end.
It's all about perception/the way you want to see it. One must learn how to dance in the storm. In our darkest moments is when one finds the light.
    Blessings

    See, Mike gets it.
Simply stated : More people need to learn Psychology in school or study it at home or wherever they are and pay close attention to the material, it's worth taking a look at.
Understanding why the brain functions the way it does and why us as individuals
"act and think" the way we
"act and think" can be really useful.
Changing our perception of life and getting rid of
    "tunnel vision syndrome" is key🔑

mike, i learned a lot from your tutorials on sixpackshortcuts. i used to watch some of your workout tips on how to properly develop the muscles parts separately and with proper knowledge about it. i also watch your videos to motivate my self.. i was a skinny guy before the first time i started to watch your tutorials, learned a lot and now i have a six pack abs.. better shoulders chest, back and everything.. before, my friends really didn't want to workout with me coz they think i'm not going to improved anymore.. but now they're always asking me about some tips on to grow on their own.. i like the feeling of helping and motivating everyone like you used to do. please mike, if you really don't have a plan to comeback on sps, please make a video tutorials here in your channel. man, thanks a lot for motivating us for a years.. god bless you mike, and always stay ripped and motivated.

What you say is, we can't tell if some event which happend to us is a bad problem only because at the time which happend we see it like one and your agrument is that we can't see the future and see where this event which we label it as a "problem" are going to let us in the future.

This is true. A good example would be when someone say something stupid. When he/she said that, does that he/she is stupid? Those with life experience would say no, its just the things he/she say that it is stupid not the person. Therefore you should forgive them. I knows it not a problem but its has some relation

I would really like to see new workout videos of yours so I could have a new routine to do.
