I have discover cash back debit and credit card. And no. Since it's a transfer, no because discover doesn't count that as a debit card transaction. You have to use your debit card or it's numbers to have the possibility of cashback. Not a transfer using routing and account number. Checks also don't count. However, PayPal works as a cashback for discover. I get 1% back when I purchase items on eBay with PayPal.
I had the discover cash back debit card. I never had a chance to use it because places that don't take credit cards won't take discover lol. Also, Discover sucks as a bank. They take forever to update your balance sometimes a week. At least that was my experience. I would only recommend their credit cards.

I don't think you can. Usually, the credit cards require a linked bank account (and routing number), not a debit card.
