amazing channel. I love that you go over each card in the deck and explain the interactions at the beginning. A lot of other channels just assume you already know every card. This is especially helpful for me because I haven't played magic since khans of tarkir.
I just want to say your content is awesome. I get a good laugh and learn a lot. Your esper super friends deck last night was nuts. When the gauntlet gets rolling.....Holy Toledo.
im impressed by the fact that you creatively come up with a new unique title for each video, despite all of them basically saying: "THIS IS THE ONE BEST DECK OF ALL TIMES". cheeky wanker, love you!
How come you kept waiting to play your razorverges rather than playing them quickly? Like at 26:50 you pay a Forrest rather than verge, even though that will force verge to be tapped later
@@d0zeboy rot priest does nothing on turn 1 and you're exposing it to removal. It's the most important card in the deck. It is objectively wrong to play it turn 1 when you could protect it turn 2.
@@brandonkeas2917 not really. People keep hands they want to play. That means control players kept early removal and aggro players kept creatures. Either way your rot priest isn't getting through.
Ive been pushing Rotpriest Bant and Simic. Will have to give Selesnya a go. I also play the Double Strike dude in Bant version. Blue is nice to get Ivy, Croaking Counterpart, Stormchaser Drake, Combat Research(nuts when multipled by Ivy), and other cloners like Mindlink Mech, Vesuvan Duplimancy, Mirrorhall etc. Also your Slip Out the Backs and new Tainted OBserver, Ezuri. You can go further into new blue cards and the best 1-2 cost instants and card drawers, but this is long winded already, so I'll just tell ya a couple secret bangers for Green and White. Green: even without Blue card draws, if your Green can self mill in anyway: the new Conduit of Worlds. White: likewise, wants a healthy grave, but might be the best Rotpriest combo card their is: the humble Homestead Courage. 1 cost, 1 cost flashback, +1/+1 counters. and Proliferate.
Love your content. You mentioned in your video to leave some alternate suggestions in the comments that "could" make a difference: - Homestead Courage. It costs 1 white mana and gives a target creature a +1/+1 counter and vigilence. It also has flashblack. It's a cheap way of proc'ing triggers off the venerated rotpriest. You can also cast it on your bloated contaminators before combat to turn them into a 5/5 with trample and vigilance... that will add a 2nd +1/+1 counter after they proliferate, leaving you with an untapped +6/+6 defender! The fact you can cast Homestead courage twice, with it's flashback ability, makes it even more deadly - especially with 2 Venerated Rotpriests in play. You could win pretty quickly without even having to attack. 4 copies of Homestead Courage gives you 8 changes to trigger the rotpriest(s) which makes for some disgusting toxic interaction. - The seedcore (land) - tap it to add 1 generic mana - tap it to add mana of any colour. Spend this mana only to cast Phyrexian creature spells (all the creatures are phyrexian creatures!) - Corrupted - Target 1/1 creature gets +2/+1 until end of turn. Activate only if an opponent has 3 or more poison counters The land is pretty decent as it helps get your phrexian creatures out. Adding +2/+1 is a neat combat trick that you can use on your mite tokens or 1/1 double striker Jawbone Duelist. Swapping in 4 copies of this land into your mana base couldn't hurt.
Hello man, cheers from Brazil, maybe the land that draws a card for an artifact and a card for a enchantment, since the hive is as enchant and spams artifact, also maybe ossification.
don t worry, every youtuber that put a deck online write the same things....: tier 0. op deck. ez mythic. 11 0 ez with.. toxic is op. after that you copy the deck and when you start using it you lost more then wins. I play and follow all those youtubers and at the end i understang this game is only import top deck and play with 0 skill. only luky!
Simic Rotpriest looks way better to me than Selesnya Rotpriest, but I'm told it's not doing all that great, which shocks me. No clue how anyone beats it once the Rotpriest is in play with protection in hand, which appears to be very easy to achieve, but I guess it's not happening. I don't get it. It looks very easy to find it with cards like Experimental Augury and Impulse.
In that first game, you targeted your 4/4 dude with the mite, wouldn't that trigger two poison counters on your opponent immediately? Why did you even have to attack? Oh, it's spell only. That's not as broken as I thought it was. HA
I have been playing TONS of All Will Be One for the last few days and i feel like the meta is already solved. I wish WotC would have learned their lesson from the Energy debacle from Kaladesh. There needs to be a way to deal with poison counters since they have now become a resource. I am so bummed out by this set
incredible that it is only you having Tier 0 Decks and in the end it turns out its a slightly modified copy of other content creators - often worse - and tbh, your decks do not win :) This socalled Tier 0 Deck is being beaten by mono blue, soldiers and red on the play.
Agreed. Poison as a mechanic alone seems alright, but combined with cards like rotpriest, bloated contaminator and cheap proliferate triggers it just gets way too easy. I can already smell the endless torrent of net-deckers coming. smh

Hello and again im asking is the linked deck the updated version or just a hickup ? cause its not matching the video
I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone try a toxic tokens deck with Saryth, the vipers fang. Gives all attacking creatures death touch.
Combos really well w/ fynn

Damn so many rares 😞 bad time to be broke I guess. Glad to see green having some more decks that are viable tho.
Cool to see your cat running...oh and yes...your deck too :D
Never drop rot priest on turn 1 when you have protection in hand.
Didn't think it needed to be said tbh...
Never say never hater
@@d0zeboy rot priest does nothing on turn 1 and you're exposing it to removal. It's the most important card in the deck. It is objectively wrong to play it turn 1 when you could protect it turn 2.
Wouldn’t you miss the toxic by one turn then?

I think bant is the way to do poison since theres many cards than can target your creatures to protect and also give card advantage
I laughed when you almost spilled your coffee. You're funny man.

Nice
appreciate your ongoing content. First place I go after a new release!
Nice building around ajani is what I wanted to do too. He's so good, never see him. Emblem has won me so many games.
Hello man, cheers from Brazil, maybe the land that draws a card for an artifact and a card for a enchantment, since the hive is as enchant and spams artifact, also maybe ossification.
That 2nd game was wild
do the toxic 1 from skrelv add to the creature's or replace it?
Toxic keeps stacking. Gets added.
Your deck list is missing the Tamiyo, is it not?
I built this yesterday along with mono green deathtouch aggro
I haven't lost to this deck yet... even with bad hands. Red deck wins.
Can you proliferate boosts that last till end of turn? For example: target creature gets +1/+3 and gets toxic 1 till end of turn.
Nope, only counters
what format is this?
Thank you for actually creating new decks and using new cards unlike most other streamers
Think a bant version might be good too?
What does blue give you access to that the deck needs? Maybe Tamiyo and counters for some protection?
where is the deck list?
There is only 59 cards is the list posted
Maybe a Dimir Toxic Control hás a natural conter for this deck.
This deck gets wrecked
I feel so justified in my arguments that toxic and the mites would be strong....

I had the same idea but in explorer format
So, the deck in the info isn't the same as in the video...
It should be close, i was kicked out of the vip client before I was able to export it. Just make the few changes and good to go!
This deck is terrible, tried it out and just got overrun by literally every other deck
We 3 cards short fam. Where they at?
Fought 3 of these earlier, wrecked them easily with my mono blue deck. Don't build, not worth it
5 games no wins is definitely not a tier one deck
Gross I didn’t think about tamiyo being a revival card for Rotpriest combo deck.

Decklist is only 59 cards...
Oooooh I might have to craft this then!
Hmmmm well your decklist is 59 cards but I added something and have about an 80% win rate. Cheers!
this is so heavy on rares etc...made a toxic black deck which is very cheap and even beat this build
just to add phyrexian obliterator is a nuts card

I can't get this deck to win ever, seems to get rolled by the fast red decks.
Also UW Soldiers just rolls right over it
Yes, this deck isn't that strong to be honest. Standard is overrun with red decks who make short work of it.
That’s what sideboard is for. You need more removal in side
I wonder if Rotpreist will survive this standard without a ban
I think rotpriest is fine.. the Dimir control poison deck is far more aggravating to deal with. That deck is busted to the bone
@@benjackson8511 yes it’s underperforming
Why wonder? The card is fine as it is.
@@belphegor_dev because this comment was 2 weeks ago
nevermind..lol..found it
Phyrexian Ninja deck next PLS!
only win against random decks....
i dont even know how id counter this thats all im thinking about
i beat it with the DMA Grixis world champion build (Black/Red/Blue).
toxic indeed. meta toxic.

Worst f thing ever to happen to this game.. so now it's not 3-4 meta decks.. just one. All play the same shit or don't bother. Lemmings-mode engaged
Wrong. This isn't even the top meta deck in the current standard.
