      Matt Poirier yes love the sound of it! Especially compared to my loud Yamaha where it was impossible to have a conversation while underway. I got the Max exactly for the massive storage and not needing to have bags everywhere on the floor or seats. Even when I plan to add extra ballast I’ll still have tons of storage and all ballast hidden out of sight. Can’t wait to get a nice weekend to really get some seat time with her. MANY more vids to come this season so don’t you worry :D

    can't wait to upgrade from my ar195, built it today and a sales guy already called me. They're quick lol. Wake looks very good. Love how easy it is to switch everything.

    They are cool boats. Been riding on my buddies. Still haven't seen an "Awesome" wave yet. I currently have a 2008 VLX that puts up the best wave I've seen. I feel like these boats need a lot more weight. I could be wrong. I did a clip on monster waves. It will probably help. What are some suggested settings? I'd like to pass them to my buddy.

      BTUFF add 750’s midship and the boat comes to life! Heck I played around last weekend with just putting a 750 on the floor with just wife, daughter and I on the boat and the wave looked amazing! I’m upgrading my ballast to likely the wakemakers kit. Plenty of amazing waves from this boat out there. Check the wake9 polar bear 2018 video or the Supra and Moomba Facebook group and there’s plenty of Max’s throwing huge waves. Once dialed you can ride them wayyy back with power and push even in the wash to recover. I’m still trying to learn this whole wake surf system and tabs thing so I’m not really in the position to offer settings to your friend but plenty of guys can help him get it dialed on the Moomba forums or Facebook group. I hate Facebook but it’s replacing forums in some regards so is what it it for finding info and setups. See my recent video for what the single 750 lb bag did. It’s not monster compared to guys running the dual 750 bags midship but really woke up the wake over stock and shows the boat responds well to added weight. She’s a big girl and need to sink her deep or have a big crew if he wants a monster wave.

    That wave needs a lot of work. It needs more weight.

      Ryan Jones these days the Max comes with 4,000 lbs vs 3,000 lbs at the time this video was filmed. The big boat needed more stock ballast so Skiers Choice has made the changes for 2021. I upgraded my Max to the Wakemakers bag buster upgrade and it helped a lot!

    What is the base price?

      @haknslash  5 років тому +2

      Todd Merriott Hey there Todd. The Max starts at $63,880 base price MSRP but you will want to add some options such as the surf system, tower, etc so a well-optioned boat will be in the low to mid 70's MSRP and can get up to high 70's low 80's with everything. Of course this is MSRP pricing and a good dealer will work with you on haggling a good deal/price below the MSRP.
