North Country/Clarion Secondary Trail - December 10, 2023

It was kind of rough getting off the couch for this one. The day before this hike, Saturday, it was sunny with temps in the mid 50’s. As I Christmas shopped with my wife, I peeked out the windows of stores, longing to be in the woods somewhere. It was the last day of rifle deer season, though so I was probably better off where I was. On this day I kept it local because my kids were coming for dinner and to put up the Christmas tree. This was a 2.6 mile out and back for a total of 5.2 miles. It was raining when I started but by the time I got back, had changed to ice/snow. Year to date miles is now 198.86.
