I miss Disney World Animal Kingdom so much! I haven't been there since 2011 and I would like to work for them as a Zookeeper because it is beautiful there. I could also enjoy and spend time at the Swimming pool, Roller Coasters and watching the parade at Magic Kingdom. I additionally want to move to Orlando or Kissimmee Florida because I've been dreaming about this since I was a kid and I'm looking forward to it for the future!
Love winter garden. You get the winter park feel with better parking, and promixity to all of Disney's ammeneties without having to deal with I4 or the distance. Its fanastic to go to a farmers market in the morning and a stroll through disney springs for dinner, all within a 15 to 20 min drive. Back in the days people had to live in Kissimmee for proximity to Disney ammeneties and no one really wants to do that as its more difficult to get to downtown. So people in celebration stayed in celebration.
Lived in Oviedo my entire life, always been quiet and safe, The last 5 -10 years they have been putting apartments on every corner it seems and our roads are not keeping up, They are constantly expanding roads they are currently doing the main road in town but its never enough traffic can be crazy as a lot of roads are only 2 lane
I live in Winter Park. I like it because it's centrally located. Coytown and Colonialtown are also centrally located with smaller older homes and larger trees. Don't forget Lake Baldwin, all the homes and townhouses near the lake have a similar look and it is upscale.
Thanks for the 411. We may be moving to the Orlando metro area for work within the year. The biggest concern for us is public school ratings and Lake Nona seems to be top tier.
These videos have been confusing for me. I started looking at them bc of the recommendations on several videos but on reddit, ppl actually say a lof these areas are getting bad. I was looking in winter garden and even horizons west but the theft there is a lot. more than what I want to know might exist. I'm so torn and have been losing sleep trying to find a place to stay.
Been in Dr. Phillips/Windermere for 20 years now - Dr. Phillips is overrated now. Sad really. WAAAAYY too many people, traffic is absolutely horrific. All these people need to leave. Takes half an hour just to get to i4 when it used to take a couple minutes. 25 mins to get through Windermere with all the traffic. It sucks!
That area is almost like poinciana of Orange County. Nothing there but town homes no yards or parks for the kids. That’s where all the transplants go 🤣. It’s unfortunate.
What’s the best areas in Orlando to live in to avoid the traffic issues I have bad ptsd with bad drivers. Looking for homes preferably on the outskirts that range from 400k - 600k
I shouldve moved to Clermont...atleast the city is developing and growing! I moved to Deltona and we have all this unused land and nothing is being developed but stupid homes and restaurants we already have.
Hey how are you! im Gerard i have a UA-cam channel (different type of content) but i think we could definitely collab and create something some content, im orlando based thats why im here writing this! let me know
The home prices she quotes here are a bit 'high'. The 'median' price is up there because of some high-end homes in each area that are in the Millions. There are many homes available in these areas that are less than 300K. They are smaller (usually 2 or 3 BR Max) without a pool - but they are there. Often they are 'just outside' the cities mentioned.
If you are liberal or progressive then Tavares FL and specifically the Royal Harbor community in Tavares is best! Lots of us democrats waiting here to welcome you home!
My parents live in Oviedo and are Democrats, I'm not. My mom wears her Harris/Walz shirt and gets support. People are respectful, I give them a harder time than anyone, lol.

Definitely agreed! Winter Garden is an awesome place to live. And the proximity to downtown is much easier since you don't have to deal with I4!
Winter Park and Lake Mary are beautiful. Thanks for the video
You're very welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed!

Winter Park for proximity to the city and Clermont for escaping to the countryside.

Hey! Lake Nona has great schools, as well as Seminole county schools in Oviedo and East Orlando.
Great content. I’m moving from Las Vegas to Orlando.
That’s awesome, you’ll love the sunshine state! Call me if you need any assistance 👍🏼
When I was a kid, Clermont was a one horse town. Now it's suburban Orlando.
I've been looking at Oviedo. But I'm gonna check out the other ones in this video.
Thank you for all the amazing information!!!
You're so welcome!
Great Video!
What about Windermere? Do we like Windermere?
We love Windermere! It's definitely a higher priced area, but it's close to everything and is super nice!
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life.❤❤
I personally wouldn’t want to live there but that’s just me. I go by there all the time
@ALM_Garage the city is beautiful and it's the fastest growing city in South Florida.
lol Hallandale? You must not be a local.
Lake Nona is the best.

You missed Dr. Phillips, the best of the best

@KnightFel YOU need to leave, don't wait any longer
so we just going to skip Horizon West huh T_T. I'm hurt lol moving there in 2 months! =)
Horizon West is a great area too!!

North Apopka
What’s the best area for young professionals/people in their 20s
Definitely downtown! Lots of stuff to do
Follow up, how about best suburbs in 2nd/3rd tier ring around the city. Maybe like 30-60 min from downtown.
What about Avalon Park?
I shouldve moved to Clermont...atleast the city is developing and growing! I moved to Deltona and we have all this unused land and nothing is being developed but stupid homes and restaurants we already have.

Yo I live in Oviedo!
You remind me of Chloe Grace Moretz. i'm sure it's not the first time you've heard that lol
I actually have heard that before lol!
Just started the video. Became is past tense. What you really wanted to say was, "Olveido has become..."
