@@fitz7896-TF thank you 😊
Nice, informative video. Thanks 👍🏿
Thank you!
We’re thinking of leaving Tampa suburbs and heading somewhere over there. Not immediately unless my son wants to change schools or do FLVS. But a few years makes more sense.
Nice if you were to choose an area in Orlando where do you think you would consider moving ?
Sanford is amazing. I live up here. 25 minutes to get to work. Low crime. The German restaurant is called Hollerbach's. Top notch.
@@micahgreene4573 haven’t tried it but I heard it is a great bar
Im thinking of moving to Tanlego Park, what do you think of that area.
Thank you.
Happy I could help… if you have any questions feel free to reach out
Kissimmee and Altamonte is out of the question if you're looking a schools , Oviedo is just to crowded and Winter Park is unaffordable . Dr Philips and Windermere are very nice but once again depending on where your located schools once again come into play . Winter Garden is a great buffer zone for Clermont and once again depending on what part you can border a bad area or terrible schools . I'd go with Horizon West or one you didn't put in there but keep mentioning Clermont . When it comes to restaurants and entertainment you hit all the best areas ,we prefer the bike trails in Winter Garden and Clermont .
@@rond1475 agreed…. Love the west orange trail !
I'll stick to Clermont/Minneola. It doesn't feel touristy and its 30 minutes from everything Orlando offers.
Clermont is great!!! Right now lots of new construction! Thanks for watching and your input !
college park is the real move
college park is a good time as well!!
I was about to say the same thing. College Park is it!!!
What’s your favorite suburb?
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life.❤🇺🇸
How about Hunters Creek?
Hunters creek is an amazing area as well!
didnt hear anything about school systems
you said there’s a ton of new construction in windermere… there isn’t, there’s only 1 new construction community in all of windermere and that is the palms at windermere
Thank you so sorry I did not clarify… I actually have someone building a custom home… maybe I should have said there are still opportunities to build new construction homes if you build custom homes… my videos are unscripted… hope this helps and I appreciate you watching them!
Where does apopka stand?
@@sonykotha-d5e apopka is located north west from Orlando… it’s a great area because currently there is a lot of new development.. highway 429 is great.. will take you from north to south… there’s always more suburbs for sure that are up and coming and apopka is one of them that is now getting the growth
@@livingincentralfloridaoriginal is it wise decision to buy a home in Apopka! We have liked a community called Bronson Peak built by Toll Brothers.. not really sure about the area and schools. We are pretty much new to Florida
@@sonykotha-d5e yeah apopka is awesome right now it’s going for a massive revamp in new construction and soon to look like winter garden… if you need help on further details feel free to reach out that is what we are here for william@thewrgroupsellsorlando.com
Kissimmee is a GREAT place to live. We live in Kissimmee is not like it use to be. We moved here about 3 years ago. The demographics and culter is changing to MORE AMERICAN. There are a lot of new homes going up and the county has been cleaning up areas, they also have been adding shrubs and trees to the road medians. It is looking more and more beautiful. We are very close to the ALL parks and not to far from Port Canaveral. It is the perfect location. Just needs a little bit more HAPPY POSITIVE AMERICAN PEOPLE!! then the school systems will turn for the BETTER!!! Kissimmee is VERY FAMILY ORIENTED.
@@magicaldays7099 Kissimmee is a great area it is known to Puerto Rico 2.0…. So a least you have some awesome food spots close by… not to mention being close to parks is definitely a perk!
@@livingincentralfloridaoriginal Not sure what you mean known to puerto rico 2.0?
We have not seen any puerto ricos, only AMERICANS
@@magicaldays7099 what I mean is there’s a great amount of diversification in Kissimmee. Some of the best restaurants are out there. It’s always been known for amazing Puerto Rican food.
@@livingincentralfloridaoriginal Oh really? never heard or seen it being known for puerto rican food. The AMAZING FOOD we eat is ALL clean RESTAURANTS.
Chuy's, Sickies Garage, Texas Road House, Cheese Cake Factory, Polite Pig, Cracker Barrel, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones, Brothers Steak House, Daddy Nija, Cheddar's, Cow Steak, Jerusalem, Miller's Ale House, Fords Garage, Margaritaville, Giordano's, The Meltdown, this is just a hand full, We just can not find good Chinese food.
@@magicaldays7099not sure what you mean by “ONLY AMERICANS” but if you knew your “American History” you would know that Puerto Rico is an American Territory and therefore, Puerto Ricans born on the Island are AMERICAN. As for being known as Puerto Rico 2.0 @livingincentralfloridaoriginal is saying that a lot of Island natives relocated to Central Florida, specifically Kissimmee and Orlando. Most professionals (teachers, nurses, doctors, etc.) from the Island moved here after Hurricane Maria devastated the Island, and decided to stay even though the Island has somewhat recuperated. The Island natives have the best of both, meaning they still have a warm climate, have nice homes, schools and still get to enjoy both the English part of the American culture and the Puerto Rican-American culture. We even have a Puerto Rican salsa station 103.7 covering Orange and Osceola counties that plays Salsa music 24 hours. I can go on, but you get what I’m saying. So, it’s not just your version of “Americans” that has made Kissimmee a nice place to live, but also Puerto Rican-Americans, and other Hispanic cultures from South America and Puerto Rico’s sister Island, the Dominican Republic. 💯% Facts.
